and Armes &.c the Close of the Same William at the parrish afd within the afd Jurisdiction Broke
and his flax and Grasse (to witt on the twentieth day of the Same month of March) to the vallue of
ten pounds Curr.t Money of Maryland then and there Giving with Certain Cattle to wit horses stears
and Cows did eat up Tread Down and Consume and Other harmes to him did do to ye Damage of the
said William of twenty Pounds Curr.t Money of Maryland and thereupon he Brings this Suite &c
                                                                                 Dashiell P Quer Pledges &.c Jno Doe R Roe

And the said Patrick Kersie by Levin Gale his attorney Comes and defends the force and Injury when &c and
prays Leave to Imparle hereunto untill the next Court and he hath it and the same day is given to the afd
Plft here also

       Att which said next Court to witt the sixteenth day of august ann.o Dom one thousand Seven hundred
and twenty six Came againe as well the afd William Lingoe as the afd Patrick Kersie by their
attorneys afd and thereupon the afd Patrick Kersie by his said attorney prayed further Leave to Imparle
hereunto untill the next Court and he hath it and the Same day is given to the afd ^Plft^ Deft here also

        Att which said Next Court to witt the fifteenth day of Novem ann.o Dom one thousand seven hundred
and twenty Six Came againe as well the afd William Lingoe as the afd Patrick Kersie by their attorneys
afd and thereupon the afd Patrick Kersie by his said attorney prayed further Leave to Imparle hereunto
untill next Court and he hath it and the same day is given to the afd Plft here also

        Att which said next Court to witt the twenty first day of march anno Dom one thousand Seven hundred
and twenty six Came againe as well the afd William Lingoe as the afd Patrick Kersie by their attorney
afd and thereupon the dispute in this action is by the Court and Consent of the partys Refered to
John Jones, William Stoughton, John Caldwell, Thomas Humphrys John Roach and
of Somersett County Gent or any four of them according to the form of the Statute and that they
make return of their award to the Justices at Next Court ^of the^ County afd and the same day is given to the
afd Plft and deft also &c

       Att which said Next Court to witt the Twentieth day of June anno Dom one thousand Seven hundred
and twenty seven Came again as well the afd William Lingoe as the afd Patrick Kersie by their attorneys
afd but the arbitrators afd made noe return of  their award in the premisses afd thereupon the
Court here by the Consent of the partys afd do appoint Levin Gale and George Dashiell of Somersett
County Gent arbitrators in the premisses afd in the Stead of the afd Jno Roach and
thereupon the dispute in the action afd is by the Court againe Refered to John Jones, W.m Stoughton
John Caldwell, Thomas Humphrys, Levin Gale and George Dashiell of the County afd Gent or to
any four of them according to the form of the statute and agreed that their award to be returned
to Next Court and Judgm.t to be on their Return as of this Court and the same day is given to the
Plft and deft here also &c

    Att which said next Court to witt the fifteenth day of august anno Dom One thousand seven
hundred and twenty seven Came againe as well the afd W.m Lingoe as the afd Patrick Kersie by
their attorneys afd but the arbitrators afd made not any return of their award in the premisses
