    Command was given to the Sher of Somersett County that he should safe keep
take John Videll late of Somersett County Merch.t al.s dicts John Videll of Dublin
merch.t if he should be found in his bailywick and him should safe Keep so that he
    might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somersett to be held at
dividing Creek the third tuesday of August then next to Satisfie John Tunstall as well of a Certain
debt of four hundred pounds Sterling mony of Great brittain which the said John Tunstall in our
Court here before the Justices thereof Recovered against him as of two thousand seven hundred &
and sixty six pounds of tobacco which to the Same John Tunstall in the same Court here were
adjudged for his damages which he had by Occasion of the detaining of the Same Debt whereof
he is Convict &.c
                               Memorand.m the plft releaseth out of the above Debt three hundred & sixteen
pounds Ster

                                        Att which said third tuesday of August to witt the Ninteenth day of the Same
month anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred and twenty Nine being the day of the return of the
said Writt Cometh the said John Tunstall by Levin Gale his attorney and the sher of Somersett
County to whom the foregoeing writt was directed Likewise Cometh and maketh return thereof
Endorsed vizt      Cepi Corpus      Jn.o Purnall Sher

                      Whereupon Came here into Court the afd John Videll in his proper person and
thereupon the said John Videll at the prayer of the afd John Tunstall by his attorney afd
is Committed into the Custody of the Sherr of Somersett County thereto to remain untill the said
John Tunstall of Eighty four pounds Ster (part of the debt afd) and two thousand seven
hundred and sixty six pounds of tobacco Damages should be fully satisfied the said sher
to witt John Purnall Gent being present ^here in Court^ took Charge of the said John Videll accordingly &c

    Command was given to the sher of Somersett County that he should
take John Bishop Jun.r late of Somersett County planter if he should be
       found in his Bailywick and him should Safe Keep so that he might have his body before
the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somersett to be held at Dividing Creek the third
tuesday of August Next to Satisfie unto Joseph MccClester of Eight hundred and thirty two
pounds of tobacco for his damages which the same Joseph had by occasion of a Certain promise and
assumption to ye said Jos: by ye afd John Lately made and not performed whereof he is Convict
And whereupon it was Considered by the Same Court that the afd Jos Have ^thereof^ Execution against the
afd John as of two hundred and forty four pounds of tobacco which to the Same Jos by the
Same Court were adjudged according to the form of the Statute thereof made and provided for his
damages Costs and Charges sustained by Occasion of delay of Execution of the damages afd &.c

       Att which said third tuesday of August being the Ninteenth day of the Same month Ann.o Dom
one thousand seven hundred and twenty nine Came the afd Joseph MccClester by Levin Gale
his attorney and the sher of Somersett County to whom the foregoing writt was directed Comes and
