    You James Jones, John Caldwell and Thomas Humphrys do Confess Judgm.t
to Alexander Draper for the Sum of five pounds Eighteen shillings and
Six pence Curr.t money and two hundred and twenty Eight pounds of tobacco
    which sum was Recovered by the Said Alexander Draper against James Jones on the Eighteenth
day of March One thousand Seven hundred and Twenty two Eight in the County Court the said
five pounds Eighteen shillings and Six pence and two hundred and twenty Eight pounds of
tobacco to be Levied of your bodies goods or Chattells Lands or tenements for the Use of the
said Alexander Draper in case the Said James Jones shall not pay and Satisfie to the said
Alexander Draper the said five pounds Eighteen shillings and Six pence and two hundred &
twenty Eight pounds of tobacco so as afd Recovered against him with the additional Costs thereon

and Sixty pounds Curr.t Mony and One thousand and Six pounds of tobacco
which sum was Recovered by the said Mad.m Betty Gale ^& Levin Gale^ against Michael
                Holland Sen.r on the twenty first day of sum one thousand seven hundred and twenty
six in the County Court the said one hundred and sixty pounds Curr.t money and one thousand &
six pounds of tobacco to be Levied of your bodyes goods or Chattells Lands or tenements for
the use of the said Mad.m Betty Gale in Case the said Michael Holland Sen.r shall not pay and
satisfie to the said Mad.m Betty Gale ^& Levin Gale^ the said one hundred and Sixty pounds Curr.t mony and one
thousand and six pounds of tobacco so as afd Recovered against him with the additional Costs
thereon on the tenth day of february Next                  Saml Hopkins      Jno Scott

Somersett ss  Know all men by these presents that We William Bishop, John Bishop ^senr^ and Wm Porter all of
somersett County in ye province of Maryland are holden and firmly bound unto John Owten, Thomas Owten, Elizabeth
Owten and Abraham Owten orphans of Thomas Owten dec.d in the full and Just Sum of forty three pounds sixteen shillings
and Eight pence Curr.t money to be paid unto ye Said Jn.o Thomas, Eliz.a and Abraham Owten's their heirs Exrs
admrs or assigns to ye which payment well and truely to be made and performed we bind our selves our heirs
our and Either of our heirs Exrs and admrs for ye whole and in the whole Joyntly and Severally firmly by these
presents sealed with our Seals and dated this 20.th day of August anno Dom 1729
          The Condition of the above Obligation is such that whereas the Commissarys Generalls have transmitted into this Court the
          accounts of the Estate of Thomas Owten dec.d wherein it is found that there is Ballance due to the above Said Orphans the
Sum of twenty One pounds Eighteen shillings and four pence if therefore the abovesaid William Bishop, Jno Bishop & Wm
Porter or any or Either of them or any or Either of their heirs Exrs or adm.rs do and shall well and truely pay or Caus to be paid unto
the afd orphans ye afd Sum of Twenty One pounds Eighteen shill and four pence Curr.t according to ye will of ye said dec.d when they
shall attain to full age according to act of assembly in such Case provided &.c then ye above Obligation to be void & of None Effect
otherwise to remain in full force & vertue                                                                                                   his
