206 Whereas Ann and Bridgett Bozman being Sumoned to give Security for the Ballance of Blandino Bozmans Estate and for as much as the Estate was Given to themselves &.c therefore it is Considered that the afd Ann and Bridgett Bozman be discharged from ye supena afd Whereas a Certain Robert Scott being bound by Recognizance for his good behaviour and appearance at this Court Whereupon the said Robert Scott appears and is discharged from the Recognizance afd
Court of Somersett hereto witt the ninteenth day of March One thousand seven hundred and twenty seven before Samuel Hopkins Gent.m and his associates then Justices of Our said Court at Dividing Creek by Consideration of the same Court recovered against John Liptrott late of Somersett County in the province of Maryland Milwright six pounds Currant money and three hundred and Eight pounds of tobacco for his damages which he sustained by Occasion of a Certain promise and assumption to the same John Howsman by the afd John Liptrott lately made and not performed whereof he is Convict as by the Record and Process thereof in Our Same Court before our Justices at Dividing Creek remaining manifestly appeareth nevertheless Execution of the Judgm.t afd as yett Remaineth to be made as by the Insinuation of the afd John Housman we have received and because we are willing that those things which in Our said Court are rightfully done should be duely Executed Command you that by honest and Lawfull men of your Bailywick you make known unto the afd John Liptrott that he be before our Justices of Our County Court of Somersett to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of August next to shew Cause if any for himselfe he hath or knoweth to say wherefore the afd John Housman his Execution against him of the Judgm.t afd ought not to have according to the form of the recovery afd if unto him it shall seem Expedient and have you then and there the Names of them by whom to him you make known and this writt Wittness Samuell Hopkins Gentleman Chiefe Justice of our said Court the Ninteenth day of June in the fifteenth year of our Dominion &.c Att which said third tuesday of August to witt the Ninteenth day of the same month ann one thousand seven hundred and twenty Nine before his said Lordships Justices of the County Court of Somersett at Dividing Creek Cometh the afd John Housman by his attorney afd and the Sher of Somersett County vizt John Purnall Gent by vertue of the Writt afd to him directed made known to the afd John Liptrott by ^Isaac^ Martiall and Robert Peal honest and Lawfull men of his bailywick that he be before his said Lordship's Justices at the day and place afd to Shew &.c as above to him it was Commanded And the aforesaid John Liptrott so before warned and at the same day Solemnly Called Cometh not but makes default Therefore it is Considered that the afd Jn.o |
