       June Court            1729             198

Indebted unto his said Lordship in Ten pounds Sterling Each good and Lawfull mony of Great Brittain
of their goods and Chattells Lands & tenements ^Joyntly or^ seperately to be made and Levied to the Use of his said
Lordship his heirs and Successors if default be made in the Condition within Written

          The Condition of this Recognizance is such that if the above Bounden Robert Scott
Shall make his personall appearance before the Justices of his said Lordship's County Court
of Somersett to be held at Dividing the third County Tuesday of August Next to answer
unto such matters and things as Shall be then and there Objected against him on his Said
Lordship's behalfe and do not depart the Court without Lycence thereof and in the mean time
to keep his said Lordship's Peace to all people and more Especially toward the afd Achsah
Lawrence then the above recognizance to be void and of None Effect Otherwise &c
