 Command was given to the Sher of Somersett County that he Should take

Henry Travis late of Somersett County Labourer if he should be found in his bailywick
    and him should Safe Keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships
County Court of Somersett to be held at Dividing Creek the third tuesday of June then next to satisfie
francis Allen of Two thousand one hundred and ^thirty^ fifty five pounds of tobacco which ^to^ the same francis
in the same Court before the Justices at dividing Creek afd were adjudged for his damages which he had by
Occasion of the non performance of a Certain promise and assumption to the same francis by the
afd Henry made and not Performed whereof he is Convict &c

                      Att which said third tuesday of June to witt the Seventeenth day of august anno Dom one
thousand Seven hundred and twenty nine Came the afd francis Allen by Levin Gale his attorney and the sher
of Somersett County to whom the foregoeing writt was directed Likewise Cometh and maketh return thereof
of Endorsed viz.t   Cepi Corpus      John Purnall sher

             Whereupon the afd Henry Travis being Called appears and thereupon the afd Henry Travis
at the prayer of the afd francis Allen by his attorney afd is Committed into the Custody of the sher
of the County afd there to remain untill the afd francis of his damages afd Should be fully Satisfyed
the Said Sher to witt John Purnall Gent Present here in Court took Charge of the afd Henry Travis
accordingly &c

         Command was given tot eh Sher of Somersett County that he should take Nat
                 Horsey late of Somersett County Mariner al.s dict.s Nathaniell Horsey
Maryner of Somersett County in Maryland if he should be found in his bailywick
    and him should safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships
County Court of Somersett to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of June next to satisfie Will.m
Horsey as well of a Certain Debt of forty seven pounds fourteen shillings and four pence Curr.t mony of
maryland which he the same William in his Lordships County Court of Somersett Recovered against
him as of five hundred pounds of tobacco which to him the Same William in the Same Court here
were adjudged for his damages which he had by occasion of the detaining that debt whereof he is
Convict &.c
                            Att which said third tuesday of June to witt the Seventeenth day of the June anno
Dom One thousand Seven hundred and twenty Nine Cometh the afd William Horsey by Levin
Gale his attorney and the sher of Somersett County to whom the foregoeing writt was directed
Comes and makes Return thereof Endorsed viz.t   Cepi Corpus P Jno Purnall Cl

                   Whereupon   the afd Nathaniel Horsey being Called appears and
thereupon the afd Nath.l Horsey at ye prayer of the afd Will.m Horsey by his attry afd is Committed
into the Custody of the Sher of the Co.ty afd thereto remain untill the afd William of
his Debt & Damages afd Should be fully Satisfied the said Sher to witt Jn.o Purnell
Gent Present here in Court took Charge of ye afd Nath.l Horsey accordingly &.a

Ordered by the Court that Robert Scott pay or Caus to be paid unto Temperance Lane Comfort Turner &
Catherine Magan the Sum of Sixty pounds of tobacco Each being due unto them for their attendance two
