                       Know all men by these presents that I George Dashiell
of somersett County in the province afd am held and firmly bound unto
Elioner Goslin Eliz.a Boarman Graves Boarman Sam.l & Sarah Boarman
in the full & Just Sum of fifty Six pounds twelve Shills to
                               be paid the said Elianer Goslin, Eliz.a Borman Graves, Sam.l & Sarah Boarman
Ex.rs adm.rs or assignes to ye which paym.t well & truely to be Made I bind myself my
heirs Ex.rs & adm.rs in & for the whole firmly by these Psents sealed with my seal &
Dated the 17.th day of June Ann.o Dom 1729

          The Condition of the above Obligation is Such that whereas ye Comessarys General
have transmitted into this Court the Acc.t of the Estate of Francis Boarman dec.d wherein
it is found that there is Ball Due to ye abovesaid Orphans ye Sum of twenty Eight
Pounds Six Shill.s & one penny if therefore ye said Sarah Borman or Geo: Dashiell
or any of them or Either of their heirs Ex.rs or adm.rs Shall well & truly pay or Cause
to be paid unto the afd Orphans the afd Sum of twenty Eight pounds Six Shills & one penny
in Equall parts ot be paid them According to ye will of the said Dec.d & Act of assembly in Such
Case Made & provided when they Shall Attain to full Age &.a then the above Obligation to be

                   on ye Eighteenth Day of March Last in Somrsett County Court ye said Forty
Seven pounds Fourteen Shill.s & four Pence Curr.t Mony & five Hundred pounds of tob.o
to be Levied of your Bodies Goods or Chattles Lands or tenements for ye use of ye said
Will.m Horsey in Case the said Nath.l Horsey Shall Not pay & Satisfie to the said Will.m
Horsey the Said Forty Seven pounds Fourteen Shill.s & four pence Curr.t Mony & five
Hundred pounds of Tob.o so as afd recovered against him with the Additional Costs
