his heirs executors or administrators or any or either of them do and shall well and truly
pay or Cause to be paid unto the said David Magraw Elizabeth Magraw and Richard Magraw
their heirs or assignes the sum of fifty four pounds and seven pence Currt mony (when they
Shall Arive at full age to Receive the Same) according to act of assembly and the Will of
the said Richard Magraw &c then the above Recognizance to be Void and of None Effect &c

    Bond to
Coll Charles Ballards orphans
Whereas the Commissary Generall hath transmitted into this Court the
account of the Estate of Coll Charles Ballard dec.d by which it appears
that a Certain Henry Ballard is one of the Executors and that there is ballance
    due to the Orphans of the Said Charles Ballard two hundred and twelve pounds thirteen shillings
    and four pence Curr.t money &c   Whereupon the said Henry Ballard present here in Court
    under is ordered to give Security to pay John Leatherbury, Adam Muir, Charles Ballard
    Isabella Ballard, Elianor Ballard, and Elizabeth Ballard the sum of two hundred and twelve
    pounds thirteen shillings and four pence when they shall arrive at full age to receive the
    same according to act of assembly and the will of the afd Coll Charles Ballard &c

             Whereupon the afd Henry Ballard with Robert King of Somersett County Gent his
Security present here in Court acknowledged themselves to owe and stand Justly Indebted
unto the said John Leatherbury, Adam, Muir, Charles Ballard, Isabella Ballard, Elizabeth
Ballard and Elianor Ballard their heirs or assignes in the sum of four hundred and twenty
five pounds six shillings and Eight pence Curr.t mony to be Levied upon their bodys goods or
Chattells Lands or tenements for the Use of the said John Leatherbury, Adam Muir, Charles
Ballard, Isabella Ballard Elianor Ballard and Elizabeth Ballard their heirs and assignes of
default be made in the Condition here under written

                The Condition of the above Recognizance is Such that if the above bound Henry
Ballard his heirs Executors or administrators or any or Either of them do and shall well and truely pay
or Cause to be paid unto the said John Leatherbury, Adam Muir, Charles Ballard, Isabella
Ballard, Elianor Ballard and Eliza Ballard their heirs or assignes the sum of two hundred and
and twelve pounds thirteen shillings and four pence (when they shall arrive at full age to
receive the same) according to act of assembly and will of the said Charles Ballard dec.d then
the above recognizance to be void Otherwise &c
