16 by the Court fully understood It is therefore ordered by the Court that the afd Mary Rickards serve her said Master Kirke Gunby five days for ^every^ one day she had runaway as afd which amounts in the whole to one hundred and fifteen days as also it is Considered And ordered that the afd Mary Rickards serve her said Master two hundred and ten days being full satisfaction for the afd four hundred pounds of tobacco paid for taking up when runaway as afd which said one hundred and fifteen days adjudged for runaway time and and two hundred and ten days adjudged ^for^ full satisfaction for the afd tobacco paid amounts in the whole to three hundred and h twenty five days which said service to Commence at the Expiration of her already servitude which is the twenty seventh day of this Instant &c David Willson of Somersett County Gent produceth herein Court his Lordships Commission as deputy Commissary for Somersett County who is approved of he taking the severall oaths appointed by act of assembly and Subscribing the Oath of abjuration and test thereupon the said David Willson took the severall oaths appointed by act of assembly and subscribed the Oath of abjuration and test and past Bond according to Law &c Toney a negro boy of John Purnall is adjudged by the Court to the age of thirteen years Benn a negro Boy of Ditto is adjudged by the Court to the age of fourteen years &c Ordered by the Court that And.w Smith be overseer and Clear a road from the County road to madm Hamptons Plantation on the sea side and from thence to the plantation of Aaron Timmonses Ordered by the Court that William Gray be Overseer and Clear a road from Windsors Bridge over drappers Mill to gravelly Branch the nearest and best way and of the Least prejudice to any person and that Mr Jno Caldwell appoint him his Labourers &c
Petitioner Humbly prays Leave of your Worships to turne the road and your poor Petitioner as in duty Bound Shall Ever pray The Petition afd being Read and heard and mature deliberation thereupon had &c Wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that the Pet.n ^afd^ be granted as praid so far that the Road afd be turned according to the direction of Peter Benton &c
