Aprill the 14th day 1729 The above acc.t was in Due form Proved before me the Subscriber Wittness Samuel Hopkins Att which said third tuesday of March to witt the Eighteenth day of the Same month ann.o Dom one thousand Seven hundred and twenty Eight being the day of the Return of the Said Writt Cometh the said Samuel Hopkins by his attorney afd and the sher of Somersett County to whom the foregoeing writt was directed Likewise Cometh and maketh Return thereof to the Court here Endorsed viz.t Non est Inventus P Jno Purnall sher Whereupon the aforesaid Samuel Hopkins by his attorney afd prays that forasmuch as he hath Complyed with the Law in [illegible] to ^an^ attachments he may have Judgm.t against the afd Andrew Turner for his damages by way of attachment according to act of assembly &.c Whereupon for that it seems to the Court here that the afd Samuel Hopkins has Comply with the Law as alledged Therefore it is Considered by the Court that the afd Samuel Hopkins Recover against the aforesaid Andrew Turner One pounds Sixteen shillings and three pence Curr.t mony his Damages afd 209 as also all Costs and Charges by the Said Plft Laid out & Expended by way of attachment against the goods Chattells Rights or Creditts of the said Andrew Turner according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided &c |
