and appearance at June Court next
                                                       Whereupon the Said Robert Scott with David Dredon his Security both present
herein Court acknowledged themselves to Owe unto his Lordship the Right honrble the Lord proprietor in the Sum
of ten pounds Each good and Lawfull money of England of the ^their^ goods and Chattells Lands or tenements Separately
to be made and Levied for the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors if default be made in the
the Condition hereunder written
                                                       The Condition of this Recognizance is Such that if the above bounden
Robert Scott do and shall make his his personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of
Somersett to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of June next and answer unto his said Lordship Concerning
all such matters and things as shall be then and there objected against him on his Lordships behalfe and do not separate
ye Same Court without Lycence thereof and in the mean time to be of the good behaviour toward all his Lordships
good People and more especially toward the aforesaid Achsah Lawrence then the above recognizance to be void
and of none Effect otherwise &c

Recognizance
Achsah Lawrence appears according to her Recognizance Entered into for her
appearance at this Court to give Evidence against Robert Scott at suit of his Lordship &c
and is discharged and is ordered to give new Recognizance in five pounds Ster for her
appearance at June Court next to give Evidence against the aforesaid Robert Scott at Suit of his Lordship &c

                Whereupon the aforesaid Achsah Lawrence in her proper person present herein Court
acknowledged herselfe to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto his Lordship the right honrble the Lord proprietor in the
sum of five pounds good and Lawfull mony of England of her goods or Chattells Lands or tenements for the use of
his said Lordship his heirs and Successors to be made and Levied if default be made in the Condition hereunder written
                               The Condition of this recognizance is such that if the above bounden Achsah Lawrence do make
her personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somersett to be held at dividing Creek
the third tuesday of June next and then and there give Evidence on behalfe of his said Lordship against
Robert Scott and doe not depart the Same Court without Lycence thereof &c then the above recognizance to be
void Otherwise &c

Joseph Thompson a suspected Runaway appears according to his recognizance Entered into Last
November Court for his appearance this Court and is discharged &c

if he Should be found in his Balywick & him Should Safe keep
                         so yt he Might have his body before the Lordships Justices of his Lordships
Co.ty Co.t of Somrsett to be Held at Dividing Creek the third tuesday of March Nextto
to answer unto Saml Hopkins Jun.r of a plea of trespass upon the Case &.a  And that
thereof he Should not fail &a                  And the said Saml Hopkins Jun.r by Francis
Allen his attry Declared against the said Andrew Turner in the plea afd as followeth
&a                     Somrsett County fs:   Andrew Turner Late of Somrsett Co.ty Planter
    was attached to answer unto Sam.l Hopkins Junr of a plea of trespass upon the Case &a
