his security both present here in Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves to owe unto
his Lordship the Right honrble the Lord proprietor the sum of five pounds Sterling Each good
and Lawfull money of England on Each of their goods and Chattells Lands or tenements to the use
of his said Lordship his heirs and successors to be made and levied if default be made in the
Condition hereunder written
                                                       The Condition of the above recognizance is such that if the
above bounden John Parker shall make his personall appearance at the next Court to be held
at dividing Creek ^in somersett County^ the third tuesday of June next and answer unto his said Lordship Concerning all
Such matters and things as shall be then and there Objected against him on his said Lordships
behalfe and do not depart the same Court without Lycence thereof and in the Mean time
that he be of the good behaviour toward his said Lordship and all others his good people and
more Especially toward the afd Indian Robin John &.c  Then the above recognizance to be void and
of none Effect otherwise &c

        Whereas your humble petitioner Craves the favour of the Court that I may
have a road made from Abraham Adams his plantation into the County Road that
Leads to rehoboth which is allowed to be a nearer way by all the Neigbours than that which
formerly used to goe through my Plantation unto Morumsco Dams and your petitioner as
in duty bound shall ever pray
                                                       The petition afd being read and heard and mature delb deliberation
thereupon had
                                        Wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here that the afd
Thomas Adams turn the Road afd as by the petition afd is praid &c

       Upon the mocon of M.r John Caldwell of a Certain Andrew Spear is discharged from
paying of Taxes for the future

       Upon the Mocon of Coll Levin Gale negro Betty the wife of Sambo Gam is sett tax free
       for the future

       Isaac Coston appointed Overseer for the Ensuing Year in the Stead of Peter Benton decd

the petition of Michael Holland Humbly sheweth
                         That your petitioner is possessed of part of a tract of Land Lying in the
       County afd Called Pomfrett the boundarys whereof are decayed and the wittnesses to prove
       them ancient and Infirm your Petitioner therefore Humbly prays a Commission to
       Such persons as your worships shall think proper to Examine wittnesses to perpetuate
