Ann.o 1728 153 Wherefore it is Considered that the afd William Harris Alter and Change the Road afd as by the petition afd is praid he making the new Road according to the direction of M.r Merrick Ellis the overseer of the said Road &c
plantation about One hundred Yards and your Petitioner shall oblige himselfe it shall be on better Ground and in so doing your petitioner shall in duty bound ever pray The petition afd being Read and heard and fully understood It is therefore Considered by the Justices here that the afd Robert Harris turn the Road as by the petition afd is praid he making the new Road as Good and passable as the old &c
