Wherefore it is Considered that the afd William Harris Alter and Change the Road afd as by the petition
afd is praid he making the new Road according to the direction of M.r Merrick Ellis the overseer of
the said Road &c


Robert Harris

     The Humble Petition of Robert Harris to the worshipfull Justices of
Somersett County in Court Now Sitting  Whereas your petitioner Humbly beggs
                the favour of your worships to grant him an Order to turn the Road of my forest
plantation about One hundred Yards and your Petitioner shall oblige himselfe it shall be on
better Ground and in so doing your petitioner shall in duty bound ever pray

                          The petition afd being Read and heard and fully understood   It is therefore
Considered by the Justices here that the afd Robert Harris turn the Road as by the petition afd
is praid he making the new Road as Good and passable as the old &c


Edward Harper

     The Humble petition of Edward Harper to the worshipfull Justices of
somersett County in Court now Sitting begging your worships favour to grant
                          him an order to turn the Road that Leads over the beaver dam through his
Plantation to turn it Round the fence your Petitioner will oblige himselfe it shall be on better
grounds and your petitioner shall be ever in duty bound to pray for your

                         The Petition afd be read and heard and fully understood  It is therefore
Considered by the Justices that the afd Edward Harper turn the Road as by the Petition afd
is praid he making the new road according to the direction of M.r francis Allen &c


John Evans

    To the Worshipfull Court now sitting the Petition of John Evans of Allhollows
parish humbly sheweth that in pursuance of an act of assembly for appointing
Commissioners to Examine Evidences in Relation to the bounds of Land I humbly
Pray your worships to appoint Commissioners to Examine Evidences in Relation to a Certain Tract of
Land Called Mount pleasant now in your worships petitioners possession and in duty bound shall
ever pray
                                        The Petition afd being read and heard and fully understood   Wherefore
it is Considered by the Justices here that a Commission Issue unto the afd John Evans as by the
Petition afd is prayd and that John Donelson, Edward Rownd, James Rownd and Ephraim Heather
of Somersett County Gent be Commissioners and Examine Evidences according to act of assembly
in Such Case made and provided &c


    Upon the mocon of M.r Ephraim Willson for to have his Negro Robin tax free he being ancient
and Infirm and past his Labour &c  Wherefore it is Considered by the Court that the add Negro Robin
be tax free for the future &c
