     To the worshipfull Justices of Somersett County the Petition of Alexander Adams humbly
sheweth that I request Commissioners to be appointed to ascertain the bounds of a part of a tract
of Land Called Smiths Adventure Conveyed to me by W.m Brereton and your Petitioner as in duty bound
shall ever pray                                                                                       Alexander Adams

                         The Petition afd being read and heard and fully understood
                                                                                                                      Wherefore it is Considered
that a Commission Issue to the afd Alexander Adams as by the Petition afd is praid and that Levin
Gale, Thomas Gillis, Benjamin Cottman and Peter Sirman all of Somersett County Gent be Commissioners
and Execute the same Commission according to Law &c

             Petn
     To the worshipfull Justices now in Court sitting the humble Petition of
Underwood Renchor        humbly Sheweth that your Petitioner is Injured
                                  by a certain Road Runing through his plantable Grounds therefore your petitioner
humbly Craves that your worships may Give an Order for the Removall of the same and your
petitioner as in duty bound shall forever pray                                 Underwood Renchor

                   The Petition afd being Read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation
thereupon had   Wherefore it is Considered by the Justices that the afd Underwood Renchor turn
the Road as by the Petition afd is Praid he making the new Road according to the direction of the overseer

Whereas a Certain Patrick Malalley of Somersett County planter being
bound by Recognizance by the honrble Levin Gale Esq.r one of his Lordships
Justices of the Provinciall Court of Maryland for his good behaviour and
and appearance before his said Lordships Justices of the County Court of Somersett to be held at
Dividing Creek this Eighteenth day of March anno One thousand Seven hundred and twenty
eight
                     Whereupon the said Patrick Malalley in his Own proper person appears
and thereupon the said Patrick Malalley prays that his appearance may be Recorded to save
himselfe and ^his^ Securitys from a Certain Recognizance Entered into for his good behaviour and
appearance as afd
                                              Whereupon the afd Patrick Malally's appearance is Recorded
and he and his Securitys accordingly discharged &a
                                                                                  Whereupon the Said Patrick Malalley is
Ordered by the Court to give Recognizance in One hundred pounds Ster with two Securitys in the
Sum of fifty pounds Ster Each for his good behaviour and appearance att dividing Creek the
first ^tues^day of aprill next before his said Lordships Justices of assize nisi prius oyer and terminer
and Goal delivery &c
                                                    Thereupon the said Patrick Malalley with Robert Collier
and George Benston of the County afd Gentm his securitys all present here in Court acknowledged
themselves to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto his ^said^ Lordship the Right honrble the
