Somersett fs      Att a Court of the Right honrble Charles absolute Lord and proprietary of
the Provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &c  Held at dividing
Creek in somersett County by his said Lordships Commissioners and Justices of the peace
the third tuesday of March being the Eighteenth day of the Same month and in the
fourteenth Year of his said Lordships dominion &c  Anno dom 1728

Somersett fs
                         The Deposition of Daniel Cordery of Somersett County aged about thirty four
years or there about saith that he was at Lewis Town in sussex County upon Dellaware
at the Court and hearing Mr francis Allen Plead a Cause of Allexander Mollistons and
after the Cause was Ended and M.r Allen directing the Clerk (as this deponant though) how
to enter the Judgm.t as he thought the Judge of the said Court M.r Till stood up and
seem'd to be angry and told M.r Allen that he was Suspended from any further practice
in that Court M.r Allen asked him why he now Suspended and desired him to shew his
Reasons but he answered not any thing to it but this deponant some time after talking
with Mr Cummins One of the Justices of the Court of Sussex County and he told this
deponant M.r Till had Occasion for it for the said Allen sought ways to take away
his Life if he Could by drawing an Indictm.t against him in somersett County Court and
further Saith not                                               Daniel Cordery

                The Deposition of francis Porter of somersett County aged twenty three years
of there about saith that when Abraham Ingram was sumoned for a Juror in June Court
1728; that it was not by Mr Francis Allen's order in Perticular or to his knowledge till
he appeared at Court this deponant being under sherrife to said Allen and further saith not

                         The above depositions taken in Open Court before the Justices thereof then
Judicially sitting

                            These are to Certifie any person whom it may Concern that Mr francis
Allen did not draw an Indictm.t against M.r Wm Till of Sussex County upon Dellaware which
was found against him in June Court 1728 in Somersett County     Geo Dashiell Prosecutor
