       Ordered by the Court that Thomas Layfeild pay unto Robert Wattson Sixty pounds of tob.o being
due unto him for his attendance Two days as Evidence on behalfe of the said Tho.s Layfeild against Fran
Henderson he haveing made Oath to the same &c

       Ordered by the Court that Thomas Fletcher pay unto Daniel Wharton & John Bevins Ninety
pounds of tobacco Each being due unto them for their attendance three days Each as Evidence on behalfe of his Lordship
the Lord Proprietary against Thomas Fletcher they haveing made oath to the same &c

                      Charles absolute Lord and proprietary of the provinces of maryland and
avalon Lord baron of Baltemore &.c  To the sherr of Somersett County greeting we Command
you that of the goods and Chattells which were of Catherine West dec.d in the hands of
                         Randall and Anthony Wests both of Somersett County Planters Ex.rs of the testam.t and Last will
of the afd Catherine West of the County of Somersett and province of maryland Spinster being in your
Bailywick you make as well a Certain Debt of ten thousand Seven hundred & Ninety four pounds of tob.o
which Thomas Dashiell in our Court before our Justices at deviding Creek Recovered against them on the fifteenth
by occasion of the detaining of the same debt by him about his Suite in that part Expanded if the afd Rand.ll
and Anthony Wests have so much goods and Chattells which were of the afd Catherine West at the time of her
death in their hands remaining to be administred & if so much in their hands they have not then the damages
and Costs afd of the proper goods and Chattells of the afd Rand.ll & Anthony West's to be Levied and when you
have the same so made or any part thereof the same safe keep so that you have the same before the Justices
of the County Court to be held at deviding Creek the third tuesday of Novem Next to render the afd Thomas
Dashiell his debt and damages afd whereof they are Convicted have you then and there this writt
Wittness &.c
                         Att which said third tuesday of Novem to witt the Nineteenth day of the same Month Ann.o
Dom One thousand Seven hundred and twenty Eight Came the afd Thomas Dashiell by Levin Gale his
attorney and the sherr of Somersett County to whome the foregoeing writt was Directed Likewise Cometh &
maketh Return thereof to the Court here Endorsed in these words following vizt

          By Vertue of the within writt to me directed to the Justices within Names I Certifie that the Ex.rs
within Named the goods and Chattells of the within Named Cat.n West the testatrix have altogether
wasted so that the within ten thousand Seven hundred and Ninety four pounds of tob.o Debt & four
hundred and forty pounds of tob.o Costs within Mentioned nor any percell thereof at present I Can Cause
to be made as by the said writt I am Commanded
