Somersett County fs
                                     Know all men by these Presents that we Mary Fountain, Will.m Handy
       and Solomon Colebourn all of Somersett County in the province afd maryland are holden &
firmly Bound unto Tho.s fountain, Priscilla fountain, Eliz.a fountain & Esther fountain orphans of
Mercy fountain dec.d in the full and Just sum of one hundred and Nineteen pounds four Shillings & four pence
Curr.t mony to be paid unto the said Tho.s, Priscilla, Eliz.a, & Esther fountains their heirs Ex.rs adm.rs or assignes
to the which Payment well and truly to be made and done we bind Our selves Our ^& Either of our^ heirs Ex.rs & adm.rs for the
whole and in the whole Joyntly and Severally firmly ^by^ these Presents sealed with our seale & dated this
20.th day of Novem Ann.o Dom 1728

       The Condition of the above Obligation is Such that Whereas the Commissarys Generalls
have transmitted into this Court the account of the Estate of Mercy fountain dec.d wherein it is found that there
is Ballance due to the abovesaid Orphans the sum of fifty Nine pounds twelve Shill.s & two pence if therefore
the abovesaid Mary fountain, W.m Handy or Solomon Colebourn or any or Either of them or any
or Either of their heirs Ex.rs or adm.rs do and shall well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto y.e afd
Orphans the afd Sum of fifty nine pounds twelve shillings and two Pence Curr.t mony in Equall
parts or portions when they Shall attain to full age According to act of assembly in such Case provided
and the will of said dec.d &.c then the above Obligation to be Void & of noe Effect otherwise to
Remain in full force and Vertue                                                                           her
