Dunkin Murrow that in Case he be now suited in the plea afd or Otherwise Legally Cast that
then the Said Dunkin Murrow shall pay the Condemnation of the Court thereupon and all Costs
accrewing to the afd Rachell Alexander or that he the said Levin Gale will do it for him &.c thereupon
the said Rachell by her attorney further Imparles till next Court &c

Tobias Burke
 Command was given to the sher of Somersett County that of the goods

and Chattells which were of Tobias Burke Late of Somersett County decd
in the hands of Hannah Burke Executrix of the Last will and testament
       of the afd Tobias Burke being in his bailywick he should make three thousand and Ninty
Six pounds of tobacco and One pound nineteen shillings and nine pence Currant mony that a Certain
Thomas Dashiell by the County Court of Somersett before the Justices thereof at dividing Creek
were adjudged for his damages which he had by Occasion of a Certain promise and assumption
to the same Thomas by the afd Tobias in the County afd in his life made and not performed if
the afd Hannah hath so much of the goods and Chattells which were of the afd Tobias at the
time of his death in her hands remaining to be administred and if the afd Hannah hath not so
much than the Costs and Charges to be Levied of the proper Goods and Chattells of the afd
Hannah &.c to satisfie the afd Thomas of his damages afd whereof ^she^ has is Convict

       And now here at this day to witt the Ninteenth day of Novem Anno Dom one thousand
seven hundred and twenty Eight Came the afd Thomas Dashiell by his attorney afd and the sher
Returned a Certain Schedule to this writt annexed in these words following vizt

    Somersett County   A Schedule of the Goods and Chattells of Tobias Burke attached in
the hands of Hannah Burke by vertue of a fire facias to me directed by us the Subscribers
Sworn and appraised in tobacco under Our hands and Seales this 11.th day of Novem.r
