same Adam for it in any wise to Content hath altogether refused and the said Eliz.a the Same to do
still doth refuse whereby the Same Adam says he is worse and hath damage to the value of fifty

their attorneys afd and thereupon the sayd Eliz.a Dashiell by her said attorney prayed further
