FA:  William West
      This being an action of Debt for two hundred pounds
Currantain mony &.c  Wherein the sherr of somersett County to
whom the writt in the same action was directed Comes and makes Return
       thereof to the Court here Endorsed in these words vizt   Cepi Corpus P John Purnall sher

                         Whereupon the afd William West in his Own proper person appears and
thereupon the said William West at the prayer of the afd Randall and Anthony West by
Levin Gale their attorney is adjudged to give speciall bail to the action afd thereupon a Certain
Joseph MccClester of somersett County Gentll present here in Court undertakes for the afd William West
that if in Case the afd Randall and Anthony West shall recover Judgm.t in the plea afd against the
afd William West or that the afd William West shall be therein Convict that then he the said
William West shall pay the Condemnation of the Court thereupon or render his body to the Custody
of the sher of Somersett County in satisfaction thereof or that he the said Joseph MccClester
will do it for him thereupon the afd William West by francis Allen his attorney appears and
Imparles untill the next Court &c

     This being an action brought by James Breman Exr of
a Cert administrator of a Certain George Gibbs against a Certain W.m
West of a plea that he render unto him Sixteen pounds five shillings
                         Lawfull mony of america which from him he unjustly detaines &c

Whereupon the afd William West in his Own proper person appears and thereupon the afd
William West at the prayer of the afd James Breman by Levin Gale his attorney is adjudged
to give Speciall bail to the action afd   Thereupon a Certain Randall West of somersett County
planter present here in Court undertakes for the afd William West that if in Case the afd James
Breman shall Recover Judgm.t in the plea afd against the afd William West or that the afd
William West shall be therein Convict that than he the said William West shall pay the Condemnation
of the Court thereupon or render his body to the Custody of the sher of Somersett County
in satisfaction thereof or that he the said Randall West will do it for him &.c  thereupon the
said William West in his Own proper person appears and Imparles 'till next Court &c
