Henry fitzwaters
We of the grand Jury do present Henry fitzwaters of Coventry parish planter for
brueing of Bear on the Sabbath day (being ye 17 of this Instant Novem) in a Certain
                      house of Hugh Porters in this Court Yard      W.m Handy Informer
                                                                                                                         William Lane foreman

Whereupon all and singular the premisses by the Court here seen heard and fully understood and
mature deliberation thereupon had it seemeth to the Justices here that the presentm.t afd is ^not^ warrentable
by Law to give Judgmt thereon against the afd Henry fitzwaters &c

                                              Wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here that the right
honrble his Lordship the Lord proprietary take nothing by the presentm.t afd but that the afd Henry
fitzwaters be thereof acquiett &c      and goe thereof without day &c

      This being an action of trespass upon the case &.c wherein the sher of Somersett
County to whom the writt in the Same action was directed Comes and makes
return thereof Endorsed viz.t  Cepi Corpus P:  John Purnall sher
                                                                                           Whereupon the afd William West in his Own proper
person appears and thereupon the Said William West at the prayer of the afd Thomas Dashiell
by his attorney afd is adjudged to give speciall bail to action afd &c
                                                                                                       Whereupon a Certain of
Randall West of Somersett County planter being present herein Court in his own proper person
undertakes for the said William West that if in case the afd Thomas Dashiell shall recover Judgm.t
against the afd William West in the plea afd or that hte afd William West shall be therein Convict that
then he the said William West shall pay the Condemnation of the Court thereupon or Render his body to
the Custody of the sher of Somersett County in satisfaction thereof or that he the said Randall West
will do it for him thereupon the afd William West by francis Allen his attorney appears and Imparles
till next Court &c

of Somersett County to whom the writt in the Same action was directed
comes and makes return thereof to the Court here Endorsed viz.t

thereupon the afd William West at the prayer of the afd Robert Alexander by Levin Gale his
attorney is adjudged to give Speciall bail to the action afd      Thereupon a Certain Randall West
of somersett County planter present here in Court undertakes for the afd William West that if in Case
the afd Robert Alexander shall Recover Judgm.t in the plea afd against the afd against the afd
William West or that the afd William West shall be therein Convict that then he the said William
West shall pay the Condemnation of the Court thereupon or render his body to the Custody of the sher
of somersett County in Satisfaction thereof or that he the said Randell West will do it for him &.c

                   Whereupon the afd William West by francis allen his attorney appears and Imparles
untill the next Court &c
