the said Catherine Dial at the prayer of the plft by his attorney afd is adjudged to give speciall bail
to the action afd thereupon a Certain Moses Driskill of Somersett County Planter present here in Court in his proper
person undertakes for the said Catherine Diall that if in Case the afd Thomas Walker shall Recover Judgm.t in
the plea afd against the afd against the afd Catherine Dial or that the afd Catherine Dial shall be therein
Convict that then she the said Catherine Dial shall pay the Condemnation of the court thereupon or render
her Body to the Custody of the sher of Somersett County in Satisfaction thereof or that he the said Moses
Driskill will do it for her thereupon the afd Catherine Dial in her own proper person appears &
Imparles till next Court &c

      This being an action brought by Christopher Glass against William Porter
Late of allhollowes parish in Somersett County Carpenter al.s dict.s W.m Porter Carpenter
of Somersett County of a plea that he render unto him Six pounds one shilling and
three pence and one hundred Gallons of Sider which to him he Owes and Unjustly detaines &c wherein the
Sherr of Somersett County to whom the writt in the same action was directed Comes and Makes return thereof
Endorsed viz.t      Cepi Corpus P Jno Purnall sher        
                                                                                     Whereupon the afd William Porter being
Called appears and thereupon the afd William Porter at the prayer of the plft by francis Allen his attorney
is Adjudged to give Speciall Bail to the action afd thereupon a Certain William Broughton of Somersett County
planter present here in Court in his proper person undertakes for the afd William ^Porter^ Broughton that if in
Case the afd Christopher Glass shall Recover Judgm.t in the plea afd against the afd William Porter or
that the afd William Porter shall be therein Convict that then the afd William Porter shall be pay the
Condemnation of the Court thereupon or render his body to the Custody of the sher of Somersett County in
satisfaction thereof or that he the said William Broughton will do it for him &c

 This being an action of brought by William West against a Certain Randall
West Late of Somersett County Planter al.s dict.s Randall West Planter of the County
and province afd of a plea that he render unto him the full and Just Sum of One hundred
and forty pounds Curr.t mony which to him he Owes and from him he unjustly detaines &c

                      Wherein the sher of Somersett County to whom the writt in the Same action was directed
Comes and makes return thereof Endorsed in these words vizt   Cepi Corpus  John Purnall she.r

                Whereupon the afd Randall West in his Own proper person appears and thereupon the said
Randall West at the prayer of the afd W.m West by francis Allen his attorney is adjudged to give speciall
Bail to the action afd thereupon the afd a Certain Stephen Odear Jun.r and Wm furnis of Somersett
County Planters present here in Court undertakes for the afd Randall West that if in Case the afd W.m
West shall recover Judgmt in the plea afd against the afd Randall West ^or that the afd randll West^ shall be therein Convict that then
he the said Randall West shall pay the Condemnation of the Court thereupon or render his Body to the
Custody of ^ye^ Sher of Somersett County in Satisfaction thereof or that they the afd Stephen Odear and
William furnis will do it for him thereupon the afd Randall West by Levin Gale his attorney appears
and Imparles till next Court &c
