     Pet.n for a Commission
     To the worshipfull court of somersett County now sitting         Your petition humbly
prayeth that your worships would be pleased to order and appoint Commissioners
to Examine evidences in relation to the bounds of a tract of Land belonging to your Petitioner on the
sea side called or known by the Name of Unity and your Petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray

                The Petition afd being read and heard and fully understood &c

                                                                                                       Wherefore it is Considered by the
Court here that a Commission Issue to the afd William fasitt as by the petition afd is praid and that John
Donelson, Isaiah Bredall, Jos: Gray and Richard Hudson all of Somersett County Gentl are appointed
Commissioners to Execute the same Commission according to Law &c

       Ordered by the Court here that Thomas Prior be tax free for the future &c

Gardian to Jn.o Jones
    John Jones son of Robert Jones Late of Somersett County dec.d an
orphan being of full age for to Chose his Gardian Comes here into Court and prays
                            that he may be admitted to Chose Christopher Nutter ^Junr^ as his Gardian &.c which is Granted
&.c   Whereupon it is ordered by the Court that a Certain Jacob Cordery Deliver up unto the afd Christopher
Nutter all the Estate of the afd John Jones, both reall and personall that he hath in his hands or
of right to him doth belong &.c   And further it is ordered by the Court that the afd Christopher Nutter
give good Security to Comply with the Law in every respect in relation to the gardenship afd &c

             Whereupon the afd Christopher Nutter with John Jones of somersett County Gentl: his
Security both present here in Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves to Owe and Stand
Justly Indebted unto the afd John Jones orphan in the Sum of fifty pounds Sterling good and Lawfull
mony of England of their goods and Chattells Lands or tenements Joyntly and Severally to be made and
Levied for the Use of the afd John Jones orphan if default be made in the Condition hereunder written

                         The Condition of the above Recognizance is such that if the above Bound Christopher
Nutter Jun.r do and shall in Every respect Comply with the Law in relation to the gardenship afd and
Likewise deliver up unto the afd John Jones orphan all his Estate both reall and personall quietly
and peacably when he shall arrive at full age to receive the same &c then the above recognizance
to be void and of None Effect otherwise to remain i full force & vertue in law &c

    Ordered by the Court that Jacob Cordery deliver unto Capt John Jones all the Estate that he
hath in his hands that belongs unto William Jones, Priscilla Jones and Eliz.a Jones orphans of Robt
Jones dec.d &c
