Petitioner haveing a tract of Land in S.t Martins Neck Called Turners Hall your Petitioner
Prays your worships to appoint men to settle the bounds thereof and your Petitioner as
in duty bound shall ever pray

                The petition afd being read and heard and fully understood      Wherefore it is
Considered by the Court that a Commission Issue to the afd William Read as by the petition
afd is praid and that John Smith, Jno Tingle, Richard Hudson and John Holland ^of somersett County Gentl^ be
Commissioners and Execute the Same Commissioners according to Law &c

Ordered by the Court that Bryan Snee be tax free for the future &c

Ordered by the Court that William Jones of Manocan at Goose Creek be pressmaster for the
bay side for the Ensueing Year &c

Ordered by the Court that James Martin be pressmaster for the sea side for ye Ensuing Year

          Whereas a Certain James Dashiell of Somersett County Gentl was appointed Gardian
by the Last will and testament of a Certain Robert Dashiell dec.d to his son James Dashiell &c
and the said James Dashiell ^son^ of the afd Robt Dashiell Estate falling into the hands of
One Caple King who Intermarried with the widdow of the afd Robert Dashiell &c

                      Wherefore it is ordered by the Court that the afd Capell King deliver up
unto the afd James Dashiell Gardian as afd all the Estate of the afd James Dashiell
that he hath in his hands both reall and personall &c

their Oath doe present that Elianor Haines late of somersett County ^in^ Stepney parish al.s
dictus Elianor Haines of Stepney Parish spinster the fifteenth day of July anno Dom One
thousand seven hundred and twenty Eight at Stepney Parish afd within the Jurisdiction of
this Court with force and armes One Linnen shift of the Value of fifty pounds of tobacco
One fustain Jackett of the Value of Twenty pounds of tobacco one scotch Cloath Linnen shirt
of the value of fifty pounds of tobacco One Lincey woolsey Petticoat of the value of
Seventy pounds of tobacco four peices of Silver quantity Eighteen pence of the value of
of fifteen pounds of tobacco of the proper goods and Chattells of a Certain John Caldwell of
the said County then and there being then and there feloniously did steal take and Carry away
against the peace of the Right honrble the Lord proprietary his good Rule and Government
and against the form of the act of Assembly of this province &.c  Dashiell prosecutor for his LPpy
