       Pon Joe a negro Boy of Isaac Wheelers is adjudged by the Court to Nine Years of age &c

Ordered by the Court that Teauge Riggin be Overseer of the Roads in stead of Ambross Riggin

Ordered by the Court that Edward Rownd and James Rownd of Somersett County Gentl
Lay our a road from New Port Bridge to the bottom of New Port Neck to the Land of
Capt John Donelson to be Cleared by the said Donelson &c


James Wattson Judged
for runaway time
    Ephraim Willson of Somersett County Gentl brings his
servant man into Court named James Wattson and prays that the Court
that he may be adjudged to Serve him for three days Runaway time and for trouble and Charge
in pursuit and taking up of him when Runaway whereupon it is Considered by the Court
here that the afd James Watson Serve his said Master for the runaway time afd Seven days
for ^every^ One day as he was runaway as afd which amounts in the whole to twenty one days

                Also the said James Watson is adjudged to Serve his said Master for his trouble
and Charges as afd five full months the afd twenty one days and five months ^servitude^ being
adjudged by the Court to be full Satisfaction for the runaway time afd and trouble and Charge
in takeing up when runaway as afd the afd term of Servitude to Commence at the Expiration
of his already servitude &c


     Patience & Jn.o Atkinson
& Thos Gray     Pet.n for a Commission
          To the worshipfull the Justices of Somersett County now
in Court Sitting the humble Petition of Patience Atkinson John
                                                 Atkinson and Thomas Gray humbly sheweth that your Petitioners prays
that whereas the bounds of a Certain tract of Land lying in the County afd Called America is
uncertain old and like to be in dispute prays Your worships that Commissioners may be
appointed to prove the bounders of the said tract of Land according to law in that Case made &
provided and your petitioners as in duty bound shall ever pray   Patience Atkinson

                                                                                                             Tho.s Gray

                         The petition afd being read and heard and fully understood wherefore it is
considered by the court here that a Commission Issue unto the afd Patience and Jno Atkinson
and Thomas Gray as by the afd Petition is praid And that John Scott, William Handy, Geo:
Tull and Robert Mitchell ^of ye County afd Gentlemen^ are appointed Commissioners to Execute the Same Commission according
to Law &c

Upon the mocon of Mr William Planner for the turning of Road &c whereupon it is ordered
that Robert King, Jno Caldwell and Ephraim Willson of the County afd Gentl now in the said road &
make their Return at Next Court &c
