    To the worshipfull his Lordships Justices of the Peace for the County of
Somersett now in Court Sitting
                                                                                           The humble Petition of James Mackmorie
Sheweth that whereas ^your Petitioner^ is minded and very desireous to have the boundaries of his Land
whereon his Dwelling plantation now is Called Whittyes Invention assertained and made known
the better to be had and kept in Remembrance therefore humbly Craves your worships to appoint
and Authorize fitt persons to Examine Evidences and take the depositions thereunto according
to an act of assembly in that Case made and provided and your Petitioner as in duty bound

                            The Petition afd being read and heard and Mature deliberation thereupon
had   wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here that a Commission Issue to the afd James
Makmorie as by the petition afd is praid and that Levin Gale, John Tunstall, Edward
North, and Robert Givans all of Somersett County Gentl be Commissioners and Execute the
Same Commission according to act of assembly in Such Case made and Provided &a

            To the Worshipfull his Lordships Justices in Court Sitting the
humble petition of Edward Roberts humbly Sheweth
                                                                                                 That your petitioner hath a
       tract of Land lying on dam's Quarter called Elletts Choice part of which your Petitioners father
Leases to a Certain John Roberts alias Grundy the bounder of which is much decayed and the
Evidences very Antient and Infirm wherefore your petitioner humbly prays ^that^ your worships
would be pleased to Grant a Commission and appoint Commissioners to take Evidences to perpetuate
the bounds thereof according to an act of assembly of this province in that Case provided and
your Petitioner in duty bound will pray                           Edward Roberts

                   The Petition afd being Read and heard      Therefore it is Considered by the
Court that a Commission Issue to the afd Edward Roberts as by the petition afd is prayd and
that Jno Jones, William Stoughton, Thomas Laws, and John Laws all of Somersett County Gent
are appointed Commissioners to Execute the same Commission according to act of assembly in such
Case made and provided &c

Levin Powell
     Levin Powell so of William Powell Decd an Orphan being of
full age for the Choseing of his gardian Comes here into Court and prays that he may
be admitted to Chose a Certain James Howston as his Gardian which is Granted &c
    whereupon it is Ordered by the Court that William Holland a former gardian appointed by the Court
    unto the afd Levin Powell deliver up unto the said James Houston all the Estate that belongs unto
