pounds Currant mony for his appearance at March Court Next &c Whereupon the afd Joseph Thompson with Ephraim Willson his Security both present here in court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto the right honrble Charles absolute Lord and Proprietary of the province of Maryland in the Sum of two pounds Currant mony good and Lawfull mony of Maryland of their goods & Chattells Lands or tenements to be made and levied Joyntly and Severally for the use of his said Lordship his heirs & successors if default be made in the Condition hereunder written The Condition of the above Recognizance is Such that if the above bound Joseph Thompson do and shall make his personall appearance before the Justices of his said Lordships County Court of somersett to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of March next and answer unto his said Lordship Concerning all Such Matters and thing as shall be then and there objected against him on his said Lordships behalfe and do not depart the same Court with Lycence thereof and stand and abide the Judgm.t of the Court thereupon than the above Recognizance to be void &.c otherwise &c
