William Henderson
          Bound to
William MccClammey
    Elizabeth Henderson of Somersett County widdow Came here
into Court the Justices then Judicially Sitting and Binds her son William
Henderson unto William MccClammey untill he arrives to the age of twenty
One years of age the Said William Henderson being
                            the said William Henderson to serve his said Master his heirs or assigns the full
term of time afd in all such Lawfull Service as he Should Imploy him in or about

       Inconsideration of which said Service the Said William MccClammey undertakes to Learn
the said William Henderson during his Servitude the trade of a Shoemaker and at the Expiration
of his Servitude ^to give him^ a new suit of Cloaths and Likewise find and provide for his Said Servant
meat drink washing Loging and Cloathing during the time of his Servitude mete for Suff such
a servant to have and wear &c

Samuel Ackworth son of                                        Ackworth decd
being of full age for the Chosing his Gardian Comes into Court and
prays that he may be admitted to Chose a Certain Rachell Ackworth
his Gardian which is Granted she giving Security according to Law &c
And further it is ordered by the Court that the afd Rachell Ackworth take into her Care
and Custody all the Estate of the afd Samuel Ackworth both Reall and personall and that
a Certain William Piper who hath the Estate of the said Samuel Ackworth in his hands
deliver the same unto the afd Gardian she Complying therewith as the Law directs &c

                Whereupon the afd Rachell Ackworth with the afd William Piper her
Security both present here in Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves to
Owe and stand Justly Indebted unto the afd Samuel Ackworth in the Sum of One hundred
pounds Sterling good and Lawfull mony of England of their goods & Chattells Lands
or tenements seperately to be made and Levied for the use of the afd Samuel Ackworth his
heirs or assigns if default be made in the Condition here under written &c

                         The Condition of the above Recognizance is such that if the above
bound Rachell Ackworth do and shall in Every Respect Comply with the law in Relation
to Gardians and likwise deliver unto the Said Samuel Ackworth when he shall
arrive at full age to Receive the same ^quietly & peaceably^ all his Estate both reall and personall that she
hath of his (in her hands) or unto him of right doth belong &c then the above recognizance
to be void &.c otherwise &c
