Indebted to the same John in the Sum of two pounds Eight Shills & ten Pence
halfe Penny Curr.t Mony as by acc.t herewithin Court Produced may appear & so thereof
Being Indebted the Said Christopher Dashiell in his Lifetime afterwards vizt
the same day and year afd at the Co.ty afd within the afd Jur  In Consideration upon
himselfe assumed & to the Same John then & there faithfully Promised that he
when afterwards he shou'd be thereto required he the afd Sum of two pounds Eight
Shill.s & ten pence Halfe Penny Curr.t Mony to the Same John he wou'd well
& faithfully Content & Pay Nevertheless the said Christopher in his life
time and the afd Elizabeth since the Death of the said Christopher the
Promise and assumption afd of the afd Christopher in his Lifetime so as afd
Made Little Regarding and Plotting and fraudulently Intending the same
John in this Part to Defraud & Deceive Neither the afd Christopher in his
Lifetime nor the afd Eliz.a since the Death of the said Christopher the afd
Sum of Two pd.s Eight Shill.s & ten pence Halfe Penny hath paid nor him
for it in anywise Satisfied altho' the Said Christopher in his Lifetime afterwards
(to witt) the sixteenth day of Septem.r One thousand Seven Hundred & twenty
Six & the afd Eliz.a Since the Death of the Said Christopher the tenth day of
Novem.r Ann.o Dom one thousand seven Hundred & twenty seven at Somrsett
Co.ty afd within the afd Jur by the same Jn.o was thereto requested but
they & Every of them the Same Hitherto to pay or the same Jno for it in any
wise to Content have altogether refused & the Said Eliz.a the Same to Doe
Still Doth refuse whereby the Same John says he is worse & hath Dam
to the value of four pd.s Seventeen Shills & Nine pence Curr.t Mony and thereof
he Brings this Suite &.c      L Gale P Quer pledges &c  Jno Doe Richd Roe
