of the afd) Edward Bray for the use of the afd Thomas Dashiell &.c

          Whereupon the afd Thomas Dashiell by his attorney afd prays that the afd two Cases of Pistolls
and holsters and Raipers so as afd Confessed by the afd John and Archibald White as of
the Rights and Creditts of the afd (John Murrow Executor of Hugh Porter who was Executor of) Edward Bray
may be Condemned in the hands of the afd John and Archibald White towards satisfying unto the afd
Thomas Dashiell as well the Sum of twelve hundred and Eighty Six pounds of tobacco as all Costs accrewing
upon the writt of attachm.t afd &.c

                      Wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here the twentieth day of August Ann.o
Dom One thousand Seven hundred and twenty Eight that the afd Case of Pistolls and holsters and raipers
so as afd Confessed be Condemned in the hands of the afd John White as of the Rights and Creditts of
the afd (Jn.o Murrow Executor of the afd Hugh Porter who was Executor of the afd) Edward Bray towards
Satisfying unto the afd Thomas Dashiell the afd sum of twelve hundred and Eighty Six pounds of
tobacco as also all Costs accrewing upon the writt of attachm.t afd and that the said Thomas Dashiell have then
of his Execution against the Said Jno White according to act of assembly &c

                Wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here the same day and year Last mentioned
that the afd Case of Pistolls and holsters and Silver hilted Raiper so as afd Confessed be Condemned
in the hands of the afd Archibald White as of the Rights and Creditts of the afd (Jno Murrow
Executor of the afd Hugh Porter who was Executor of the afd) Edward Bray towards Satisfying unto
the afd Thomas Dashiell the afd sum of twelve hundred and Eighty Six pounds of tobacco as also
all Costs accrewing upon the writt of attachm.t afd and that the said Thomas Dashiell have thereof his
Execution against the said Archibald White according to Act of assembly &c

             Memorandum the Garnishee Ralph Milbourn by the Consent of the Plantiffe is
discharged from the attachm.t afd &c

                           William Whittington Late of Somersett County Gent.m was attached
to answer unto Joseph Kennier of a plea of trespass upon the Case &c
                                                     And whereupon the Same Joseph by Levin Gale his attorney Complaines that
whereas the afd William the twenty fifth day of October Anno Dom one thousand Seven hundred and twenty
Six at Somersett County within the Jurisdiction of this Court was Indebted to the Same Joseph in ye sum of
three pounds and five pence Currt Mony as by an Account thereof hereunto annexed and hereinto Court
Brought may appear and so thereof Being Indebted the said William in Consideration thereof afterwards
to witt the same day and year afd at the County afd and within the afd Jurisdiction upon himselfe assumed and
to the same Joseph then and there faithfully promised that he when afterwards he should be thereto
Requested he the sum of three pounds and five pence Currt Mony to the same Joseph wou'd well
