Ordered by the Court that Ebenezer Cooke Pay unto Charles Bishop and Peter
Beckett the Sum of Ninety pounds of tob.o ^Each^ being due unto them for their attendance three
days ^Each^ as Evidence for the said Ebenezer Cook ag.t Jn.o Bishop they having made Oath to the
Same &c

Ordered By the Court that Jno Bishop pay unto Charles Bishop the Sum of Ninty
pounds of tob.o for his attendance three days as Evidence for the said Jno Bishop
against Ebenezer Cook he having made Oath to the same &c

Ordered By the Court that John Bishop pay unto Rob.t Warren the Sum
of One hundred and fifty pounds of tob.o for his attendance five days as Evidence
for the Said John Bishop ag.t Ebenezer Cook he having made oath to ye same &c

Ordered by the Court that Tho.s Purnall Pay unto Isaiah Bredall the Sum of two
hundred and forty pounds of Tob.o for his attendance Eight days as Evidence for

Command was given to the Sherr of Somersett County that of the goods

and Chattells which were of William Skirvan dec.d in the hands of Isaac
Morris and Esther his wife Executrix of the testament and Last will of ye
                            said William Skirvan being in his Bailywick he should make twenty five pounds ten
       shillings and six pence Curr.t money and three hundred and sixty pounds of tobacco which were adjudged
       Betty Gale for her Damages which she Sustained as well by the Occasion of the Non performance
       of a Certain assumption to the Same Betty by the afd William in his life time made as for her Costs
       and Charges by her about her suite in that part Expended whereof they are Convict if the afd
