1728 118 unto the afd Hannah Henderson orphan as afd in the Sum of ten pounds five shillings Currt mony of their bodys goods or Chattells Lands or tenements Joyntly and Seperately to be made and Levied for the use of the afd Hannah Henderson her heirs or assignes if default be made in the Conditio here under written The Condition of the above recognizance is such that if the above bound Solomon Tull his heirs Executors and administrators shall and do well and truely pay or Cause to be paid unto the afd Hannah Henderson her heirs or assignes the sum of five pounds two Shillings and Six pence according to law and appraism.t when she shall arrive at full age to receive the Same then the above recognizance to be void and of None Effect otherwise to Remain in full force power and vertue &c
Haven Johnson and Noble Tull be brought Immediately into ^the same^ Court to answer &c And afterwards in the same Court the said Kipsell Haven Johnson and Noble Tull being being present and their Severall allegations being heard and what was declared at the bar by severall Wittnesses It's further Ordered by the Court that the afd Kipsell Haven Johnson & Noble Tull give Security for their good behaviours and ap during the Pleasure of the Court &c Whereupon the afd Kipsell Haven Johnson with Joseph MccClester his Security both present here in Court in threir proper persons and acknowledged themselves to Owe and stand Indebted unto the right honrble Charles absolute Lord and proprietary of the provinces of Maryland &.c in the sum of ten pounds sterling good and Lawfull mony of England of their body goods or Chattells Lands or tenements seperately to be made and Levied for the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors to be made in if default be made in the Condition hereunder written The Condition of the above recognizance is such that if the above bounden Kipsell Haven Johnson be of the good behaviour to all his Lordship's Leige People dureing the pleasure of the Court afd then the above recognizance to be void Otherwise &c Afterwards the said Kipsell Haven Johnson being present ^here^ in Court is at his prayer discharged from his recognizance ^afd^ paying the fees for the same &c Likewise the said Noble Tull with George Tull sen.r his Security both present here in Court acknowledged themselves to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto his Lordship the right horble Charles absolute Lord and proprietary of Province of Maryland &c in the Sum of ten pds sterling |
