Planter present herein Court in his proper person undertakes for the ^said^ Catherine Diall And acknowledged himselfe to Owe unto the said Lord Proprietary his heirs and Successors five pounds Sterling good and Lawfull mony of England to be levied upon their his body goods or Chattells Lands or tenements for the Use of the said Lord proprietary his heirs and Successors if default be made in ye Condition here under written The Condition of the above recogn is Such that if the afd Catherine Diall do and shall make her personall appearance before the Justices of his Said Lordships County Court of Somersett to be held at Dividing Creek the third tuesday of August Next and answer unto his Lordship Concerning a Certain Presentm.t ag.t her found and do stand and abide ye Judgm.t of the Court thereupon & do not depart the Court without leave &c than ye above recogn to be void otherwise &c The Court Adjourns untill the third tuesday of August Anno Dom 1728 |
