Holt Henry Fisher and Isaac Watson for Breaking Open and
Robing the Mantion house of a Certain Abraham Ingram and stealing
             from thence two guns, and a Cutlas on the twenty fifty day of September anno Dom 1727

now is for the Body of Somrsett Co.ty upon their Oath do present that William Till late
of Somrsett Co.ty Gent.m al.s Dict.s Will.m Till of Sussex Co.ty upon Delaware Esq.r Rives
Holt Late of Somrsett County Gent.m al.s Dict.s rives Holt of Sussex Co.ty upon Delaware
Gent.m Henry Fisher Late of Somrsett Co.ty Gent.m al.s Dict.s Henry Fisher of Sussex
Co.ty upon Delaware Surgion, Isaac Watson Late of Somrsett Co.ty Planter al.s Dict.s
Isaac Watson of Sussex Co.ty upon Delaware Labourer the twenty fifth day of September
Ann.o Dom one thousand Seven hundred & twenty Seven the Mansion house of a Certain
Abraham Ingram in Somrsett County afd Feloniously and Burglariously did Break &
Enter and two Guns of the value of twenty Shill.s Curr.t Mony of Maryland Each one
Cutlas of the value of Six Shill.s Like mony then and there being found the day year &
Place afd Feloniously did take and Carry away against the peace of the right Honrble
the Lord Proprietary of this province his good rule and Dignity &a

       On the Back side of the foregoing Bill it was thus Endorsed viz.t
                                                 a True Bill      Thomas Humphris Foreman

       By somersett County Court June 18.th 1728         Ordered that the above presenmt and bill of Indictm.t be transmitted
to the Next Provinciall Court to be held at the City of annapolis the third tuesday of October Next In testimony
of the truth hereof I have hereunto put my hand and affixed the Seall of said County this 25th day of
July anno Dom 1728

Command was given to the Sher of Somersett County that he should
take John Hudson Jun.r Late of Somersett County Planter if he should be
found in his bailywick and him safe Keep so that you he have his
       body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somersett to be held at dividing
Creek the third tuesday of June then Next to answer unto Mathew Purnall of a plea of trespass
upon the Case &c and that thereof he should not fail &a

          Att which said third tuesday of June to witt the Eighteenth day of the Same Month
anno Dom one thousand Seven hundred and twenty Eight being the day of the return of the
said writt Cometh the Said Mathew Purnall in his own proper person and the sherr of Somrsett
County to whome the foregoeing writt was Directed   Likewise Cometh and Maketh return
