thereof he shall take to the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somersett to be held at
dividing Creek ^the third tuesday of August Next^ under his Seal and the Seals of them by whose oath he takes the Same Inquisition
Costs   he said together with this Writt to him thereof directed and ye same day is given to the afd plft

Alice Rogers wife of a Certain Joseph Rogers appears ^herein Court^ according to her Recognizance
Entered into before Jn.o Scott One of his Lordships Justices of the peace ^of Somersett County^ to answer his Lordship
&c thereupon the said Alice Rogers is accordingly discharged therefrom &c

John Lingley appears here in Court according to his Recognizance Entered into before John Scott of
Somersett County Gent one of his Lordships Justices of the peace for the County afd to give Evidence
on behalfe of his said Lordship ag.t a Certain W.m George &.c and after the said Jno Lingley
had given Evidence &c he was by the Court discharged &c

 Memorand.m that this day to witt ye 4.th day of May one thousand Seven hundred
& twenty Seven Came before me one of his Lordships Justices of ye peace
for Somrsett Co.ty Allex.d fullerton & Tho.s Humphirs both of ye afd Co.ty & 
       Did acknowledge themselves to be Indebted to his Lordship Cha.s absolute Lord &
       proprietary of maryland Each in ye sum of three pd.s Starling Money of England to be
       paid to his Said L.d P if Default be made in the Condition

             The Condition of the above recognizance is Such yt if ye above Allex.d fullerton
       doe make his personall appearance before ye Justices of ye peace at Dividing
       Creek ye third tuesday of June Next & then & there abide ye Judgm.t of ye s.d Court
       then ye above recognizance to be Void Elce to remain in full force & vertue in the
       Law                  Taken ye Day & year afd                        John Caldwell

       Att which said third tuesday of June to witt the ^Twentieth^ Eighteenth day of the same month Anno
       Dom One thousand seven hundred and twenty seven Comes hereinto Court the afd Alexd fullerton
       and prays that his appearance may be recorded to save himselfe and Security above from the above
       Recognizance of Bail      thereupon the said Alex.d Fullertons appearance is recorded and he
       and his security accordingly discharged      whereupon it is ordered by the Court that the afd Alexd
       Fullerton give security for ^the paym.t of^ all the fees due by means of the premisses afd
       thereupon the afd Thomas Humphry's present herein Court undertakes to pay the severall officers
       their fees due by occasion of the premisses  In Case the said Alex.d Fullerton doth not pay the same &c
      
       Jno Handy appears according to ^his^ recognizance to give Evidence against the afd Alexd Fullerton and was
       discharged therefrom &c
