             Whereupon the afd John Richardson, John Hopkins, and Robert Collier Garnishees of the
afd Mary Esome adm.rx of Benjamine Esome dec.d appears in their Own Proper persons and say that
they Cannot deny but that they have of the Rights and Creditts of the afd Mary Esome admrx as afd
that is to Say John Richardson thirteen pounds fifteen shillings Jno Hopkins One pound Eighteen
Shillings ^and one penny^ and Robert Collier three pounds nor Can they say butt that the same Ought to be Condemned
in their hands for the use of the said Jn.o Esome as of the Rights and Creditts of the afd Mary Esome
admrx of ye Same Benjamin Esome dec.d which ye Said Plft doth not gainsay &c

             Whereupon the said John Esome by Levin Gale his attorney afd prays that the severall
Sums afd so as afd Confessed by the afd John Richardson, John Hopkins and Robert Collier as
of the Rights and Creditts of the afd Mary Esome admrx as afd may be Condemned in the hands of
the said John Richardson John Hopkins and Robert Collier towards satisfying unto the said
John Esome as well the Sum of twenty pounds Curr.t mony and Eight hundred pounds of tobacco

             Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the Same day and Year Last mentioned that the said
Sum of one pounds Eighteen Shills & one penny part of the Sum so attached & Confessed be
Condemned in the hands of the said Jn.o Hopkins as of the rights & Creditts of the said
Mary Esome admrx of the afd Benj.a Esome dec.d towards Satisfying unto the afd Jn.o
Esome as well the Sum of twenty pounds Curr.t Mony and Eight hundred pounds of Tob.o
as also the Costs accrewing upon the Writt of attachment afd and that the afd John
Esome have thereof his Execution against the afd Jno Hopkins according to act of assembly &a

          Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here ye Same Day & year Last Mentioned that ye
Said Sum of three pounds part of the Sum so attached & Confessed be Condemned in ye hands
of the Said Robert Collier as of the rights & Creditts of the said Mary Esome admrx of
the afd Benj.a Esome dec.d towards Satisfying unto the afd Jn.o Esome as well the sum of
twenty pd.s Curr.t Mony & Eight hundred pd.s of tob.o as also the Costs accrewing upon the
Writt of attachment afd and that the afd John Esome have thereof his Execution
against the afd Robert Collier according to act of assembly &a

and the afd Henry Dashiell and David Johnson Garnishees as afd by the Consent of the Plft discharged
from the attachm.t afd &c
