     This being an Action of Trespass upon the Case wherein the sherr of Somrsett
County to whome the writt in the same Action was Directed Comes and makes
        Return thereof to the Court here Endorsed viz.t  Cepi Corpus P me   Francis Allen sherr

          And Whereupon the said John Lock at the prayer of ye afd Thomas Billin by
       his attorney afd is adjudged to give Speciall Bayl to the action afd thereupon a Certain
       Joseph MccClester of Somersett County Gent.m Present here in Court in his proper person
       undertakes for the said John Lock that if in Case the afd Thomas Billin shall recover
       Judgm.t in the Plea afd against the afd Jn.o Lock or that the said Jno Lock shall be therein
       Convict that then he the afd John Lock shall pay the Condemnation of the Court thereupon
       or Render his Body to the Custody of the sherr of Somersett County in Satisfaction thereof
       or that he the said Joseph MccClester will do it for him thereupon the said Jno Lock by
       George Dashiell his attorney appears and Imparles till next Court &c

                         Whereupon the said Richd Duskey being Called appears and thereupon the said Richard
       Duskey at the prayer of the plft.s attorney is adjudged to give Speciall Bail to the action afd

            Thereupon a Certain Moses Driskill of Somersett County Planter present herein Court in his
proper person undertakes for the said Richard Driskill that if in Case the said Moses Chaille shall
Recover Judgm.t in the plea afd against the afd Richard Driskill or that the said Richard Driskill
shall be therein Convict that then he the Said Richard Driskill shall pay the Condemnation of the Court
thereupon or Render his body to the Custody of the sherr of Somersett County in Satisfaction thereof
or that ^he^ the said Moses Driskill will do it if him &.c thereupon the afd Richard Driskill in his
own proper person appears and Imparles till next Court &c

 This being an action of Debt for One hundred pounds Curr.t mony &.c wherein the
Sherr of Somersett County to whom the writt in the same action was directed Comes and makes
Return thereof to the Court here endorsed in these words vizt  Cepi Corpus P francis Allen sher
                         Whereupon the said Nathaniel Horsey being Called appears and thereupon the Said Nathaniel
    Horsey at the prayer of the Plfts attorney is adjudged to give Speciall bail to the action afd; thereupon
    a Certain Revell Horsey of Somersett County Planter present here in Court undertakes for the said
    Nathaniel Horsey that if in Case the said William Horsey shall Recover Judgmt in the plea afd agt
