wherefore your Petitioner most humbly prays your worships would be pleased to appoint Commissioners to perpetuate the bounds thereof and your Petitioner as in duty bound will ^ever^ pray The petition ^afd^ being read and heard and the premisses Considered Its therefore Ordered by the Court that a Commission Issue as by the Petition afd is praid and that George Dashiel, Levin Gale Robert Jones, and John Laws all of Somersett County Gent be Commissioners to Execute the Said Commission according to Act of Assembly in Such Case made and provided &c
Useless and doth not yearn his Bread which he Eates which is well Known by all my Neighbours the premisses Considered by your worships and the Said Negro sett tax free by your worships and your Petitioner as in duty bound Shall Ever pray The Pet.n afd being read and heard Wherefore it is Considered by the Court that the Negro afd be for the future tax free as by the Pet.n afd is prayd &c
being decayed and the Evidences being aged your Petitioner prays your worships will appoint some persons according to Law to Examine Evidences for Perpetuating the Bounds afd and as in duty bound shall pray Thomas Dashiell The Petition afd being read and heard and the premisses Considered It's therefore ordered by the Court that a Commission Issue as by the petition afd is prayd and that Levin Gale, John MccClester George Scott and Thomas Humprhy's all of Somersett County Gent be Commissioners and Execute ^the same Commission^ according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided &c
