94 presentment against her found and to Stand and abide the Judgm.t of the Court thereon and not to depart the Court without Leave &c Likewise a Certain Daniel Townsend and Cannon Winright both of Somersett County planters Present here in Court undertakes for the Said Elizabeth Townsend and acknowledged themselves to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto the Right honrble the Lord proprietary his heirs and Successors in ten pounds Sterling Each to be Levied on their bodys goods or Chattells Lands or tenements for the Use of his Said Lordship the Lord proprietary his heirs and Successors In Case the Said Eliza Townsend do not make her personall appearance before the Justices of the County Court of Somersett to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of June next to answer unto his Said Lordship Concerning a Certain presentm.t aga against her found and to Stand and abide the Judgm.t of the Court thereon and not to depart without Lycence thereof &c James Lindow of Somersett County Gent Came into Court and produced an acco.t to this Court that his Servant man Called Timothy Larry had unlawfully runaway out of his Service one hundred and Six days and prays the Judgmt of the Court according to Law in Such Case provided &c Whereupon all and Singular the premisses Considered the Said Timothy Larry is adjudged by the Same Court to Serve his Said Master James Lindow one full Year Containing twelve months to Commence at the Expiration of his Servitude already Commenced the Said twelve months Service being adjudged full Satisfaction for all runaway time trouble Costs and Charges that hath acrewed upon that Same acco.t &c Jn.o Onorton appointed overseer of the road in Baltemore hundred in Stead of Richard Holland &c
on the south side of s.t martins river the bounds being som what precarious your Petitioner humbly prays your Worships will Appoint Commissioners to Perpetuate y.e bounds of s.d two tracts of Land According to Act of Assembly & Y.r Petitioner as in Duty bound shall ever pray The Petition afd being read and heard and the Premises Considered that the afd Petn is granted as Prayed It's therefore Ordered by the Court That James Rownd Jno Tull, Richard Holland Richard Hutson of Somersett County Gent be Commissioners to Execute the Commission according to Law in Such Case provided &c
