in Case the Said George Dashiel do not in Every respect Comply with the law in Relation to
Guardian's in Such Case made and provided and Likewise deliver upon unto the Said George
Beats Collier al the Estate that he Shal be Entruted with belonging to him quietly and Peaceably
without fraud or delay &c


Edward Harper

Pet.n to turn ye road

       To the worshipfull his Lordships Justices of the Peace Now Sitting
the Humble Pet.n of Edward Harper humbly Sheweth that whereas your
Petitioner being very Scarce of Ground to make Comon to Supply his family by reason of the road
goeing through the best of his ground therefore your Petitioner humbly prays on Order of Court
to turn the road a small distance it being noe County Road but a road through Parahwakin and
the forrest and your Petitioner as in duty bound Shall Ever pray

                the Petition afd being read and heard and the Premisses Considered   Its therefore
granted by the Court that the Said Edward Harper turn the Road he making it good and
Passable as the Old Road &c


Randall West

Pet.n for his negro
to be tax free

         To the Worshipfull the Justices of Somersett County now in Court Sitting the
the Petition of Randall west humbly Sheweth     that whereas your Petitioner
has a negro man Called herculus being aged and not fitt for Service your Petitioner
       prays that he may be Sett tax free and your Petitioner as in duty bound Shall Ever pray &c
                   The Petition afd being read and heard and the premisses Considered.   Its therefore ordered
       by the Court that the afd Negro Called Herculus belonging to the afd randall West befor the
       future Levey free &c

     This being a Capias Issued out by Order of Court on a presentm.t for fornication
wherein the Sherr of Somersett County to whom the writt in the Same action was
directed Came and made return thereof Endorsed in these words viz.t Cepi Corpus P
                                                                                                                                  Fran Allen Sher

            Whereupon he Said Elizabeth Townsend appears and is thereupon ordered to give
       Recognizance in twenty pounds Sterlling with two Securitys in ten pounds Sterr Each for her
       appearance at Next Court &c    Whereupon the Said Eliz.a Townsend acknowledged
       herselfe to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord proprietary his heirs
       and Successors in twenty pounds Ster to be Levied on her body goods or Chattells Lands or
       tenements for the Use of his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors.  In Case She do not make her
       personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somersett to be held at
       dividing Creek the third tuesday of June next and answer unto his Lordship Concerning a Certain
