94 in Case the Said George Dashiel do not in Every respect Comply with the law in Relation to Guardian's in Such Case made and provided and Likewise deliver upon unto the Said George Beats Collier al the Estate that he Shal be Entruted with belonging to him quietly and Peaceably without fraud or delay &c
goeing through the best of his ground therefore your Petitioner humbly prays on Order of Court to turn the road a small distance it being noe County Road but a road through Parahwakin and the forrest and your Petitioner as in duty bound Shall Ever pray the Petition afd being read and heard and the Premisses Considered Its therefore granted by the Court that the Said Edward Harper turn the Road he making it good and Passable as the Old Road &c
The Petition afd being read and heard and the premisses Considered. Its therefore ordered by the Court that the afd Negro Called Herculus belonging to the afd randall West befor the future Levey free &c
Whereupon he Said Elizabeth Townsend appears and is thereupon ordered to give Recognizance in twenty pounds Sterlling with two Securitys in ten pounds Sterr Each for her appearance at Next Court &c Whereupon the Said Eliz.a Townsend acknowledged herselfe to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord proprietary his heirs and Successors in twenty pounds Ster to be Levied on her body goods or Chattells Lands or tenements for the Use of his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors. In Case She do not make her personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somersett to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of June next and answer unto his Lordship Concerning a Certain (presentm.t) |
