the Said Ferry side in good repair   and when the Said Mary Martin Shall give up keeping
of the Said Ferry the Causway afd Shall remain and be the undoubted right of the said Mary
Martin &c

Ordered by the Court that Jno Murry be overseer of the Road from Nanseongoe Causey to Snow
hill and that the Same be appointed a main County road   and that all the Labourers that
Lives on the right Side of the road from the Said Nanseongoe Causey and Snow hill ferry
be aiding and assisting of the Said Jno Murray to Clear and keep the said road in good
Repair &c

    Ordered by the Court that Samuel Trewett be overseer and Clear the road further from the
great bridge over the head of Pocomoke river to the Little Branch between M.rs Skirvans and
the Said Great Bridge &c


Somersett County fs:   Charles absolute Lord & proprietary of the provinces of Maryland and
avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &c    To John Handy, George Scott, Jos: Pemberton, James
MccMorie, all of Somersett County Gent.n Greeting know ye that we have appointed you
or any three or two of you to be our Commissioners to Examine Evidences on behalfe of a Certain
Thomas Ralph of said County Planter in relation to ^the bounds of^ a tract of Land Lying in ye County
afd Called Trulick Grange   We Therefore require you or any three or two of you
that at some time & place as to you or any three or two of you shall seem Convenient you
mete on y.e afd Land Called Truelick Grange & there Cause to Come before you or any three
or two of you all such Evidences as shall be to you or any three or two of you Nominated
by y.e Said Complainant (or Deft if any) & that you Examine them upon their Corprell
Oaths to be by you or any three or two of you administred on y.e Holy Evanglist
of Almighty God in y.e presence of y.e Complainant (or Deft if any) touching y.e truth or
Remembrances of their Knowledge or any thing that may relate to y.e Cause afd y.t reducing
the Severall Depositions unto writing you Send y.e same together with this our Commission
under your or any three or two of your hands to us to our County Court of Somersett with all
Convenient Speed Wittness   Samuell Hopkins Gent Chief Justice of our Said Court
the 19.th day of Novem in y.e 10.th year of Our Dominion &c    Anno Dom 1725

By Vertue of y.e 10.th in Commission we y.e Subscribers have taken & Examined y.e Evidences w.th
relation to y.e bounders of y.e w.thin named tract of Land & Give Due Notice as the Law
requires by Notis Sett up on publick places as Wittnesses our Hands
