Our & Either of our heirs Exrs and Adm.rs for ye whole Joyntly & Severally firmly by these
Presents Sealed with our Seal & dated this 17.th Day of November Anno Dom 1725
The Condition of the above obligation is such that if the above Bound John King or richard
Chambers their heirs Exrs or admrs doe well & truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the said abovesaid
Mary, John & richard Grinless there heirs Exrs admrs or assignes ye full & Just Sum of Twenty one pounds
seventeen Shill.s & seven pence according to Law and the will of Sarah Grinless when they shall
attain to full age of 21 years then the above obligation to be void other wise to remain in full

Samuel Derickson & John Bivans all of Somersett County & province afd
are holden & firmly Bound unto John, Charles, Dennis, William Cathrine,
Tabitha Morris's orphans of John Morris in the full and Just Sum of forty four
       pounds fourteen Shillings and Six pence to be paid unto the Said Orphans their heirs Executors adm.rs
       or assignes to the which Payment well & Truly to be made & done wee Bind our selves our
       and Either of our heirs Exrs and adm.rs for y.e whole & in y.e whole Joyntly & Severally firmly
       by these presents Sealed wit Our Seals and dated this 17 Day of November Anno Dom 1725

       The Condition of y.e above obligation is such that if the above Bound Sarah Morris her
       heirs Exrs ^or^ admrs doe well & truly Pay or Cause to be paid unto y.e above said John, Charles Dennis
       Dennis, William Cathrin & Tabitha Morris their heirs Exrs Admrs or assignes y.e full & Just Sum
       of seven pounds Nine Shill.s & one peny Each of them according to Law when they shall
       attain to full years then y.e above obligation to be void otherwise to remain in full force

       Whereas it is represented to this Court that the Mill dam belonging to a Certain Jno Dennis
       Near Snow hill is broke away so that it is not passable for Carts & horses as the afd John Dennis
       was Oblidged to Keep the same Mill Dam by a former agreement made with the County Court of
       Somersett &c  Wherefore it's ordred by the Court that Cap.t Nathaniell Hopkins & John Scarbrough
       of Somersett County Gent goe & view y.e same Mill Dam & if they find that it wants repearing according
       to y.e agreement afd that then they order him Immedietely to mend & repear the same but if
       They find otherways that then y.e overseer of the road that Leads over y.e s.d Mill Dam with his
       Labourers be ordered to Mend & repear the same & they to Make report to Next Court &c

       On y.e Back side of the foregoing Order it was thus Endorsed viz.t    In Pursuance to y.r
       worships Order Directed to us from August Court to view The Mill dam near Snow Hill was accordingly
       Complyed with y.e s.d Order and find the Milldam Passable for horses & Carts
