                   Know all men by these presents that wee Hannah Horsey & Revell Horsey
both of Somersett County in the province afd are holden & firmly Bound unto Abigael
Horsey orphan of Stephen Horsey dec.d in the full & Just Sum of thirty two pounds Six
Shillings & two pence Curr.t Money to be paid unto y.e s.d Abigael Horsey her heirs Exrs admrs or assignes ^to^ the
which payment well & truly to be made & done we Bind our selves our & Either of our heirs Exrs Admrs for the
Whole & in y.e whole Joyntly & Severly firmly by these presents Sealed with our seales & dated this 16.th day
of November Anno Domini 1725

The Condition of the above obligation is such that if the above Bound Hannah Horsey or Revell
Horsey or Either of them or Either of there heirs Exrs or Admrs doe well & truly pay or Cause to be paid unto y.e
above said Abigael Horsey Orphan as above said her heirs Exrs or assignes the full & just sum of sixteen
pounds three shillings & two pence Being the Just Ballance due to her from her said fathers Estate
when she Shall attain to full age according to act of assembly then y.e above Obligation to be
void otherwise to remain in full force and vertue                                                     her

Dec.d in y.e full & Just Sum of Eighty seven pounds fifteen Shill.s & Eight pence to be paid
unto the said Sarah Persons & Abigael Persons their heirs Exrs adm.rs or assignes to y.e which payment
well & Truly to be made & done we Bind Our Selves our & Either of our heirs Exrs & Adm.rs for y.e whole &
in y.e whole Joyntly & Severally firmly by these presents Sealed with our Seales & dated with this
17.th Day of November Ann Dom 1725
