Commission about Land

     To the worshipfull Justices of Somersett County in Court Sitting the petition
of Levin Gale Sheweth               that your petitioner is possessed of three
       tracts of Land viz.t Dispence hereafter and Fathers Care Lying in the County afd the boundaries
       of which said Lands are much decayed and the Wittnesses to prove them Ancient and
       Infirm your petitioner therefore humbly prays your Worships will according to the form
       of the act of assembly in Such Case Lately made Issue a Commission to Such persons as your
       worships Shall think proper to Examine to perpetuate the Bounds of the Said Lands and your
       petitioner as in duty Bound Shall Ever pray                                 Levin Gale

                   The petition afd being read and heard and the premisses Considered   It's therefore
       Ordered by the Justices here that a Commission Issue as by the petition afd is praid and that
       John Jones, William Stoughton, John Caldwell and George Dashiell of Somersett County Gent
       be Commissioners to Execute the Same Commission according to act of assembly in Such Case made &
       provided &c

petition of John Gunby Sheweth that your petitioner hath 2 tracts of Land Lying
at annamessex Called Kirk's Purchase and Middle Ridge whose bounders are
                decayed therefore ^prays^ your worships will appoint Commissioners to Examine Evidences in Relation
       to Said Boundaryes and in duty bound Shall pray

                The petition afd being read and heard and fully understood   Its therefore Considered
       by the Court that a Commission Issue as by the petition afd is praid and that Isaac Horsey, Thomas
       Williams, Jeffry Long, and Will.m Colebourn of Somersett County Gent be Commissioners to Execute
       the Same Commission according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided &c

for Comrsion about Land

              To the Worshipfull Justices of Somersett County now in Court Sitting the
humble petion of Jones Records Sheweth that your petitioner hath a tract of Land
       Called Phenix Choice Containing five hundred acres Lying in Ceader neck therefore pray your
       worship's will grant a Commission to Examine Evidences in relation to the Bounders of the said
       Land the bounds being decayed and almost Lost and as in duty Bound Shall pray

                   The petition afd being read and heard and fully Considered.   Its thereupon ordered
       by the Court that a Commission Issue as by the Petition is praid and that John Smith Edward
       Rownd, James Rownd, and William Simpson all of Somersett County ^Gent^ be Commissioners
       to Execute the Same Commission according to act of assembly in that Case made and provided
       &c
