of which said Lands are much decayed and the Wittnesses to prove them Ancient and Infirm your petitioner therefore humbly prays your Worships will according to the form of the act of assembly in Such Case Lately made Issue a Commission to Such persons as your worships Shall think proper to Examine to perpetuate the Bounds of the Said Lands and your petitioner as in duty Bound Shall Ever pray Levin Gale The petition afd being read and heard and the premisses Considered It's therefore Ordered by the Justices here that a Commission Issue as by the petition afd is praid and that John Jones, William Stoughton, John Caldwell and George Dashiell of Somersett County Gent be Commissioners to Execute the Same Commission according to act of assembly in Such Case made & provided &c
