a Certain George Dashiell of Somersett County Gent Present there in Court in his proper person undertakes
for the said George Hutchins that if in Case the said Joseph McClester shall Recover Judgm.t
in the Plea afd against the Said George Hutchins or that the said George Hutchins shall be therein
Convict that then he the said George Hutchins Shall pay the Condemnation of the Court or Render
his Body to the Custody of the Sherr of Somersett County in Satisfaction thereof or that he the
Said George Dashiell will do it for him &c  thereupon the said George Hutchins ^by Geo: Dashiell^ his attorney appears
and Imparl's till Next Court &c

maryland and avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &c   To John Handy
                                        Levin Gale George Dashiell and Merrick Ellis of Somersett County Gentlemen
       Greeting  Know Ye that we have appointed you or any three or two of you to be our Commissioners
       to Examine Evidences in Relation to the Bounds of two Certain tracts or Percells of Land Lying in
       Somersett County at the head of Wickacomoco ^Creek^ the one Called Windsor & the other Called Mummoth
       being part of Wallaces Chance belonging to a Certain William Allexander &c   We therefore
       Require you or any three or two of you to meet on y.e afd Lands Called windsor & Mummoth
       on a Certain time as to you or any three or two of you Shall Seem Convenient and that you Cause to
       Come before you or any three or two of you all such Evidences as shall be to you or any three or two of you
       Named by ye said Complainant (or Deft) and that you Examine them on there Corprall Oaths to be
       by You or any three or two of you Administred on the holy Evangelist in Presents of the party's
       Concerned in the Premises touching the truth or Remembrances of there Knowledge or any thing
       that May relate to the Cause afd and that Reduceing their Severall Dispositions unto writing
       you Send the Same together with this our Commission under your or any three or
       two of your hands to us to our County Court of Somersett with all Conveniant Speed
       Wittness Joseph Gray Gentl Chiefe Justice of our Said Court the 24.th day of September
       In the Ninth Year of Our Dominion &c Anno dom 1724

       On the Back of the foregoing Comission it was thus Endorsed viz.t   Somersett fs:  To the
       Justices within Mentioned wee the Com within Mentioned do hereby Certifie that wee
       In pursuance of the ^within^ Comission Quallified our Selves & took the Dipossions hereto
       Anexed according to the form of the Act of Assembly in Such Cases made &c provided

       Depositions of Wittnesses taken on two tracts of Land vizt           George Dashiell
       Windsor and mummouth Lying at the head of Wickacomoco Creek in Somersett County on Saturday
       the Twenty Second day of May Ann Dom seventeen hundred ^and^ twenty five by vertue of a
       Commission Issuing out of the Lord Prop.r Court of Somersett County to us Directed for Examination
       Mounmouth on behalfe of WIlliam Alexander after Notice Given according to the Act
