Whereupon the afd Mary Martin Executrix as afd by her attorney afd prays that Eight pounds
Curr.tt money part of the Sum so as afd attached and the Costs to witt Six hundred and three pounds of
tobacco ^may be Condemned^ in thend hands of the Said Michael Holland for the Use of the said Mary Martin Exrx as
afd &c                Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the Sixteenth day of Novem
anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred and twenty five afd that the Said Sum of Eight pounds
Curr.t money ^part of the sum afd attached^ and Six hundred & three pounds of tobacco ^Costs^ afd be Condemned in the hands of the said
Nichael Holland to satisfye unto the Said Mary Martin Exrx as afd and that She have thereof her
her Execution according to act of assembly against him &c

Memorand.m the Plft by Levin Gale her attorney Sued Out his Lordships writt of
attachm.t Against the deft the tenor whereof followeth in these words viz.t
Somersett fs  Charles absolute Lord and proprietary of the provinces of maryland
and avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &c To the Sherr of Somersett
                  County Greeting We Command you that you attach any the goods Chattells Rights or Credits
of Jonathan Raymond Late of Somersett ^County^ Planter if they Shall be found in your Bailywick to the value
of One thousand pounds of tobacco and when you have the Same attached or any part thereof the
Same in your Custody safe Keep so that you have the Same before the Justices of Our County Court
to be held at Dividing Creek in Somersett County afd the third tuesday of Novem Next then and there
to be Condemned according to act of assembly to and for the Use of a Certain Mary Martin Exrx of
the Last will and testament of Robert Martin decd Unless the Said Jonathan Raymon by himselfe
or his attorney Shall appear and answer unto the Said Mary Martin Executrix as afd in a plea of trespass
upon the Case according to Law and that by Good and Lawfull men of your Bailywick you make Known
unto the Person or persons in whose hands you make the Same attachment that he She or they be
and appear before the Justices of Our ^said^ County Court to be held as afd to Shew Cause if any he She or they
have why the Same Goods or Chattells Rights or Creditts so attached in his her or their hands Ought not to
be Condemned and Execution thereof had and made according to the form of the act of assembly in such
Case made and provided if to him her or them it Shall Seem mete and how you Shall Execute this Writt
that you make Known unto Our Said Justices at the Same day and place afd and have you then &
there this writt Wittness Samuel Hopkins Gent Cheife Justice of Our Said Court the Ninteenth day of aug.t
anno Dom 1725

                Att which said third tuesday of Novem to witt the Sixteenth day of the Same month ann.o Dom One
thousand Seven hundred & twenty five being the day of the Return of the said Writt Cometh the said
Mary Martin Exrx as afd by her attorney afd and the Sherr of Somersett County to whom the foregoeing
writt was directed Likewise Cometh & maketh Return thereof to the Court here Endorsed in these
words following viz.t  Attached in the hands of Thomas Gillis the full Contents whom I have sumoned to
