Court undertakes for the said Dennis Folio that in Case the Said John Donnelson Shall
Recover Judgm.t against the afd Dennis Folio in the plea afd or that the said Dennis Folio
Shall be therein Convict that then he the Said Dennis Folio shall pay the Condemnation of
the Court thereupon or Render his Body to the Custody of the Sherr of Somersett County in
Satisfaction thereof or that he the Said Richard Plunkett will do it for him thereupon the
Said Dennis Folio by George Dashiell his attorney appears and Imparles till next Court &c

 morand.m the Plft by her attorney sued out his Lordships writt of attachment

agains the deft the tenor whereof followeth in these words viz.t
Somersett fs:  Charles absolute Lord and proprietary of the
                      Provinces of maryland and avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &c   To the Sherr of
    Somersett County Greeting we Command you that you attach any the goods Chattells Rights or Creditts
    of Michael Holland of Somersett County Marynor al.s dictus Michael Holland of annamessex
    in the County afd Maryner if they Shall be found in your bailywick to the value of Sixteen
    pounds Currant mony and three hundred and thirty one pounds of tobacco and when you have
    the same attached or any part thereof the same in your Costody safe keep so that you have the same
    before the Justices of Our County Court to be held at Dividing Creek in Somersett County afd
    the third tuesday of November Next then & there to be Condemned according to act of assembly
    to & for the use of a Certain Mary Martin Exrx of ye Last will & testam.t of Robert Martin dec.d
    unless ye Said Michael Holland by himselfe or his attorney shall appear & answer unto ye said
    Mary Martin in a plea that he render unto her thirty two pounds Curr.t mony which from
    her he unjustly Detained &c according to Law & that by by good & Lawfull men of your Bailywick
    you make Known unto ye person or persons in whose hands you make ye same attachm.t that
    he she or they be & appear before ye Justices of Our Said County Court to be held as afd to shew
    Cause if any he she or they have why ye same Goods or Chattels rights or Credits so atteached in
    his her or they there hands ought not to be Condemned & Execution Thereof had & made
    according to ye form of ye act of assembly in such Case made & Provided if to him her or them
    it shall seem mete & How you shall Execute this Writt that you make Known unto Our Said
    Justices at ye same day & Place afd & have you then & there this Writt Wittness Samuel
    Hopkins Gent Chief Justice of Our Said Court the 19th day of August in the 10th year of Our
    Dominion &c Anno Domo 1725

          Att which said third tuesday of November to witt the sixteenth day of the Same month ann.o
    Domini One thousand Seven hundred and twenty five being the day of the Return of the said
    writt Cometh the Said Mary Martin by her attorney afd and the Sherr of Somersett County to whom
    the foregoeing writt was directed Likewise Cometh and maketh Return thereof to the Court here
    Endorsed in these words following vizt attached full value and have the money ready here in
    Court      Fra Allen Sherr

                Whereupon the Said Michael Holland altho' Solemnly Called to shew Caus &c Comes not but
    makes default nor does any other person appear for him to shew Cause to the Contrary &c
