71 himselfe to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto his Lordship the Right honrble the Lord propry his heirs and Successors in ten pounds Sterr to be Levied upon his Body Goods or Chattels Lands or tenements for the Use of his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors. In Case the Said Esther Jenckins do not make her personall appearance before the Justices of his Said Lordships County Court of Somersett at Dividing Creek the third tuesday of March next to give Evidence agt the Said Esther Jenkins Richard Pelavery at Suite ^of^ his Lordship and not to depart without Lycence of Said Court &c
new Recognizance for her appearance at the Next Court held for the County afd to give Evidence for his Said Lordship against the Said Andrew Thompson &c Whereupon the said Elizabeth Joyce being present in Court acknowledged herselfe to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto the Right honrble the Lord proprietary his heirs and Successors in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling to be Levied on his body goods or Chattells Lands or tenements for the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors. In Case She doth not make her personall appearance before the Justices of his Said Lordships County Court of Somersett held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of March Next to give Evidence for his Said Lordship against the afd Andrew Thompson and not to depart without Lycence thereof &c
with two Securitys for his good Behaviour and appearance at Next Court &c Whereupon the Said Solomon ^Taylor^ Levy together with Jno Dennis Senr & George Taylor all of Somersett County planters present in their proper persons in Court acknowledged themselves to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto the Right honrble the Lord proprietary of the provinces of maryland his heirs and Successors in manner and form following that is to say the afd Solomon Taylor in ten pds Sterr and the Said John Dennis Sen & George Taylor in five pounds Sterr Each of their ^bodys^ goods & Chattells Lands or Tenements to be Levied seperately for the Use of the Said Lord proprietary his heirs and Successors In Case the Said Solomon Taylor do not make his personall appearance before the Justices of his ^said^ Lordships County Court of Somersett the third tuesday of march next and answer unto his Lordship Concerning all such matters and things as Shall be Objected agt him for on his Lordships Behalfe & do stand and abide the Judgmt of the Court thereon & in ye which time to be of the Behaviour to all people & more Especially to Jno Fleming &c |
