support of Governm.t the Other halfe to the Informer &c  thereupon Levin Gale of Somersett County who was the
Informer Recants his part of the said fine wherefore it is Considered that the afd Christopher Glass of the
one halfe of the afd fine be thereof acquitt &c       and as to the other halfe of the fine afd which was due to ye
Lord proprietary for the Support of Government that said Christopher Glass is Committed into the Custody
of the Sherr of Somersett County there to remaine &c  and Likewise Committed for fees &c    thereupon the the
said Sherr present took Charge of the Said Christopher Glass accordingly &c

Sommersett County fs:  Be it Remembred that this day  to witt the Sixteenth day of Novem
Seventeen hundred and twenty five Came into ^the^ Court [of the Right honrble the Lord proprietary
of Maryland] for Somersett County Levin Gale Clerk of the Indictm.ts of Said County and for
                         the said Lord proprietary Gives the Court to Understand and be Informed that John Flemon
Late of Somersett County Planter and Grace his wife the tenth day of August Seventeen hundred and twenty
five with force and Arm's at the County afd within the Jurisdiction of this Court in and upon a Certain Ambross
Riggin Jun.r in the Peace of God and the Said Lord proprietary prays advisement of the premisses and that due process
of Law may Issue &c                                                                                     L Gale P Dom Per Clk Indictm.ts

                Thereupon Command is given to the Sherr of Somersett County that he Should take the Said Jn.o
Fleming and Grace his wife if &c to answer &c and afterwards in the Same Court Cometh the Said Jn.o Fleming
and Grace his wife in Custody of the Sherr and being by the Said Sherr sett to the bar & Information Read
pleads Guilty and putts themselves upon the favour of the Court with a protestation of their Innocency because
they will not plead with the ^said^ Lord proprietary and one willing to make fine to the Said Lord proprietary
for the fact afd &c                                  Wherefore it is Considered by the Justices that the afd Jn.o
Fleming and Grace his wife be fined to his Lordship for the fact afd the Sum of fifty pounds of tobo
Each &c thereupon the Said Jn.o Fleming and Grace his wife are Committed into the Custody of the Sherr of
Somersett County there to remaine &c the Said Sherr present took Charge of the Said Jno Fleming and
Grace his wife accordingly &c

             Benjamin Esome appears according to his Recognizance Entered into for his appearance this Court and
             is discharged he and Securitys &c

Esther Jenckins appears according to her Recognizance Entered into to give Evida
against Richard Pelavery &c and is discharged &c thereupon the said Esther
                         Jenckins is Ordered to give New Recognizance with one Security for her appearance at March
Court Next to give Evidence against the afd Richard Pelavery &c    Whereupon a Certain Absolom
Ford present in Court in his proper person undertook for the afd Esther Jenckins and acknowledg'd
