69 as well on the Part of the Said Complainant as on the part of the afd Thomas Peal and haveing Maturally Considered the same thereupon Its Ordered by the Court that the Said Cornelius Bevins and Thomas Peal Give recognizance with two securitys Each for their good behaviour & appearance at next Court &c Whereupon the said Thomas Peal together with Henry Toadvine & Capell King both of Somersett County Gentlemen ^his securitys^ present herein Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord proprietary in manner & form following viz.t the afd Thomas Peal in ten pounds Sterling and the afd Henry Toadvine and Capell King his security's in five pounds Sterling Each of their Bodys goods or Chattells Lands or tenements seperately to be Levied for the use of the Said Lord proprietary his heirs and Successors In Case the said Thomas Peal do not make his personall ^appearance^ before the Justices of Our ^his Lordships^ County Court of Somersett to be held at Dividing Creek the third tuesday of March next to answer unto his Said Lordship Concerning all Such Matters and things as Shall be Objected ag.t him on his Said Lordship's behalfe and not to depart the Same Court without Lycence thereof and to Stand and abide the Judgm.t of the Court thereon and in the mean time to be of the good behaviour toward his Said Lordship and all his Liege People and more Especially to Cornelius Bivans &c Likewise the Said Cornelius Bivans together with John Fleming and John Webb both of Somersett County Planters his Security present here in Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord proprietary his heirs and Successors in manner and form following viz.t the afd Cornelius Bivans in ten pounds Sterling and the afd John Fleming and John Webb his Securitys in five pounds Sterr Each of their bodys or Chattells Lands or tenements Seperately to be Levied for the use of the Said Lord proprietary his heirs and Successors In Case the Said Cornelius Bivans do not make his personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somersett to be Held at Dividing Creek the Third tuesday of March Next to Answer unto his Said Lordship Concerning all such Matters and things as Shall be Objected against on His Said Lordships behalfe and Not to Depart The Same Court without Lycence thereof and to Stand and abide the Judgm.t of the Court thereon and in the meane time to be of the good behaviour toward his Said Lordship and all his Leige people & more Especially to Thomas Peal &c
